Guest(s) will use all rooms, the entire house, all of the parking spots, the drive way, the NEW ocean facing hi-deck with charcoal and gas barbeque and Gas Grill, and the NEW private access to the beach. The property is not shared with any other guest.

This large Beach House has enough beds/sleeping space to allow 7 couples/ 16+ people to sleep comfortably. If additional guests need more sleeping space, air mattresses can be provided upon request prior to booking.

Our guests plan celebrations, wedding parties, graduation/birthday parties, The amazing and awesome view of the beach and the Atlantic ocean makes our property uniquely qualified to hosts like you.
The deck also has BBQ charcoal/gas, portable gas grill, outdoor dining table and lounge chairs.

In fact the beach can be viewed from several windows and patio door from the inside of the house.
