Aruba Beachside Escape First Floor Oasis - All the Amenities!!

Step into the perfect beach vacation getaway at the brand new Aruba condominium community, just built in 2021. Located on the first floor with easy walk out access to the pool and beach, decorated tastefully and perfectly appointed with all of the cares of home. No elevator rides needed here, just walk right out to your beachside oasis! Owned as a family condo, the space is cared for as such and operated by the owners. During your stay, we are only a phone call away! Aruba includes all the amenities: seasonally heated pool with large pool deck, hot tub, fitness room and underground parking.

As soon as you walk in, you look straight out to the ocean. The Kitchen is brand new with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and all of the comforts of home including Keurig, blender, toaster and any kitchen amenity you could need! The eat-in kitchen offers a bar and open dining space with seating for eight. The living room has a smart TV, cable and queen pull out sofa bed with direct access to the pool deck through the sliding glass doors. No need for stairs or elevators, walk straight in and drop your bags and worries at the door!

The master bedroom is the ultimate oasis with a picture window with views of the Atlantic, smart TV, walk-in closet and private master bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity. The room has a spacious master closet.

Inside the unit, you have 2 bedrooms at the front which have windows to the hallway. All rooms are outfitted with room darkening curtains. One of these bedrooms is attached to a bathroom and there is a second door in this bathroom which leads out to the hallway. The Main bedroom faces the ocean and has it's own private bathroom with shower and two sinks. There is a brand new kitchen with granite countertops and all of the kitchen appliances and items you may need for a week at the beach. There is also in-unit laundry.

The unit has all your needs for a day at the beach including an umbrella, chairs, beach toys and beach towels. And, the space has a full size washer/dryer for your use inside the unit. Paper products are provided for you to get you started such as toilet paper, paper towels and tissues. We also provide dishwashing detergent and laundry soap! We provide necessities for kids as well such as a pack n' play, sound machine and booster seat for meals as well as children's cups, plates and utensils.

One hour and 30 mins will get you to Disney, and only an hour 15 mins from Orlando International Airport!

The back porch has a table with four chairs. Walk straight off the patio to the pool deck and around the corner to the beach. Take a short walk down to the pier, take in the sounds of the rolling waves from the pool deck or just relax in the perfectly appointed condo. We can't wait for you to see all that beach living can offer!
