The room, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony are completely private, mining you do not share the space with others during your stay. You also have access to a parking garage, pool, and laundry that are only accessible for people staying in the building. There is beach access through the parking lot on the side of the building.

For your safety, please keep the entrance door locked. Do NOT share your code with anyone outside your party. Do not leave personal belongings in any public space. No parties or events. No additional guests are allowed over what was booked. Please be careful and take care with the furnishings in the condo. No wet or damp clothes on the furniture. You will be responsible (FINANCIALLY) for any/all damaged items.
- check-out by 10.00AM-Remove any food from the fridge or cabinets. -Place all trash in the trash can/ Dumpster is in front of the building.- Put bag the Master Keys and the Parking Passes on the hook so you will not have the extra $100 charge for each. -Look all around to make sure you have not forgotten any personal item. -Lock balcony door before departure
After exiting PLEASE make sure the door is closed.

We just wanted to let you know that the pool and pool deck will be closed due to the hurricane. But the access to the beach has been reopened recently.
