The view from the balcony was great! The condo itself was very outdated. All the tile floors were cracked sharp and damaged the furniture was quite worn-out to the point of falling apart and the bed had worn divots on each side making it uncomfortable. The heat/air didn’t work but was not needed just wore extra layers. Communication with the property manager was fine we did report everything to them and they sent someone to look at everything who was appalled by the conditions. The resort itself is nice with lots of things to do.

Beautiful oceanfront views. Lots of parking. On site security. Friendly staff. Pools were amazing and pool area kept clean. Room is on the smaller side but in my opinion perfect size for two people. Only con was the bed. The mattress was uncomfortable for us but everyone has different preferences on mattresses. It was way too firm for us. Overall, condo is clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. We enjoyed our time here.

Good vacation. Great location and friendly staff. Pools are beautiful too. The free necklaces and Saint Paddy’s day ducks were a nice touch on our arrival. We spent a lot of time in the gym. Since it was a popular place, I was surprised there wasn’t a water cooler and towels. The equipment isn’t new, but we enjoyed using it everyday. Thank you for having a book exchange for us to enjoy and return (near the gym). A four pack of toilet paper would have been nice in our room (roll per person).

We enjoyed our stay in Daytona. 19th floor penthouse Reviews said ice maker didn't work. But it did. Pleasant surprise. Staff super nice. Easy check and check out.

The condo is a bit on the smaller side but is ok for 2 people. Several things need updated
(broken/loose kitchen tiles, dishwasher doesn’t work). The main complaint is the bed. The mattress is uncomfortable and hard. This condo is on the top floor and the view from the balcony is amazing. The condo and lobby areas were kept very clean. Check in was effortless. Security is onsite and they make frequent rounds. The pools and pool areas are kept nice and clean as well. Condo is in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Parking is convenient.

Very very bad.

Checked in on Sunday and the ice maker did not work the place was not very clean and the worse thing was the AC didn't work. They finally came to look at it Monday so we lost a day at the beach. They could not fix it and the temp was 78 and rising. Finally moved us to another unit and the AC didn't work very well there either. It got up to 74 and we had fans running as well. I was not pleased at all with my experience and will not be back and would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Everything was Great I bought a blow up mattress but when i got there they already had one in the closet that was easy to blow up so that was great. I never figured out how to start the ice maker but it was ok. I wish a vaccum cleaner would have been in closet so i could have vaccumed & left it cleaner. We had alot of fun Thank you

This property was amazing! Check-in was quick and easy. We didn’t arrive until after 10pm and we didn’t have any issues checking in late. One of the best parts of our trip was that we did not have to drive anywhere during our entire stay and private parking was included. The Daytona pier, boardwalk, bandshell, shops, restaurants, ice cream, and bars are all within walking distance. This property is very safe too. Security was on point. Only guests and registered visitors are allowed in the pool area. The pool has a slide, lazy river, and a bar. The main pool is heated. There is a breakfast diner across the street that is really good. We highly recommend it. The Mai Tai Bar makes the best daiquiris, and you can get them to go. They open later in the afternoon/evening. The room has a perfect view of the ocean. Sunrises are beautiful. The room is very comfortable. The bedroom is separate from the rest of the room. There is a pull out couch. The room comes with a full kitchen. The wifi name and password is on the fridge. Communication with the owner was great. We highly recommend staying here.

This was a great location, nice amenities, walking distance from everything we really needed, the views were amazing, the only issues where the access key to get in the resort wouldn’t work for us the whole time so we had to go around front and be let in. Also the bedroom tv turned on but had no service was saying call service provider.

Amazing place that exceeded expectations

I found the property to be very clean, staff friendly and the overall experience was better than i expected. Communication was fast and informative on everything from check in to check out, i will definitely be staying here again!
