Step out on your private balcony and take in the million dollar views, this newly remodeled privately owned condo boasts a spacious living room with deluxe queen pullout sleeper sofa, a twin pullout sleeper, full upgraded kitchen, and washer/dryer. Great condo. Very clean and plenty of room. They had plenty of pool towels in the condo we could use, that was a bonus. Great location. We could walk from the resort to the restaurants through the building and not have to use the sidewalk. Two big pool’s, a lazy river, and two jacuzzi’s. You never have to leave the resort. We will definitely stay here again. The one thing that we didn’t know and it had nothing to do with the condo itself, is if there is lightning within six miles they close the pool. We had two days of vacation the pool was closed for over an hour even when it was completely sunny, no lightning, and no thunder.

Lovely 10 day stay

Our annual Daytona vacation for Jeep Beach. Great communication, unit was clean and love the view. We were able to see 2 rocket launches from the balcony. We choose Ocean Walk due to the parking garage.

Beach Vibe

The property has the ultimate, updated beach vibe. Nicely furnished and decorated to really make you feel like you’re in Florida, even when it’s 35 degrees. The owners were extremely responsive to our needs and quickly resolved the unforeseeable issues that arose due to the extreme weather. I recommend this unit and will stay here again.

Terrible Customer Service

We do not recommend staying here. We stayed for 4 nights. We were told to evacuate by hotel staff because of hurricane Milton. We called multiple times to contact the hosts. They answered the first few and told us to contact VRBO. We did so and VRBO is not able to do anything. We have tried to call and message the hosts at many different times but they will not respond to us. We paid for a room for two weeks that we only stayed for 4 nights and are not getting refunded any amount. We should only be paying ffor the few nights we were there.

Romantic Getaway

My wife and I had to travel to the area for a wedding, and this was the perfect place for us. I've stayed at Ocean Walk before, but this was actually the first time I've stayed in the South Tower, where the condos are individually owned. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was just as described, and we had a great view from the balcony. The bed was really comfortable, and the living space was nice and cozy. We enjoy having access to a kitchen when we travel so we don't have to eat out too often, and this one had everything we needed. We parked in the garage on the same level as the condo, and it was such as short walk from the car to the room, it made it really convenient to come and go. The amenities and staff at Ocean Walk are as good as it gets in Daytona. Overall a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend!

We arrived early and were provided a temporary key card to enjoy the amenities while the suite was prepared. Beautiful facility, appliances, swimming pools and activities. Steps from a warm Atlantic and clean beach. The neighboring suite was not occupied so pigeons roosted on the balcony. A smelly mess addressed by staff upon reporting.

GORGEOUS Views of Sunrises and sunsets!!

The Condo is just as pictured! Everything was really nice. We had issues with the AC unit not working at full capacity. I contacted the owners and was answered promptly. We were issued a portable AC unit which did help a little. The ice maker doesn't make ice and the dryer doesn't work very well. I did not contact the owners or management as these were just minor issues for us.

Perfect view

Nice sized one bedroom condo. Perfect view of ocean and outdoor pool area. Condo has a lot of amenities, unfortunately for us the weather was terrible so we didn’t get to enjoy them all.

STAY-AWAY!!! Worst experience I’ve had on VRBO

This was one of the worst experience I’ve had with VRBO! Do your Self a favor and stay away from this property. We found out Ac was broken around 10 pm they never fixed it. We checked out the next day ask for a discount the lady was the rudest person I have ever dealt with.we never got our deposit back and we are still dealing with the credit card company. No need for this property to be listed they should be band from VRBO!

Property was very clean, looked exactly like the pictures, it was quiet at night, very comfortable, beautiful view. Beach access was super easy the little lazy river was great for myself and my 2 boys. I will definitely stay again!!!!
