The spacious open-concept living area features a 65” flat-screen TV and its own modem and internet router for reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. The large dining area provides ample seating making it ideal for family meals!

Ocean Walk Shoppes restaurants, and walking distance to the Boardwalk, there is no need to go any where once you are here. This fabulous resort is right on the sand making it easy to make quick runs to your room throughout the day for breaks from the sun. This unit includes access to indoor and outdoor putting greens, a fitness center, a game room and programs for both kids and adults. Just south of the resort is the historic coquina band shell, which often hosts free concerts .Whether you are looking for a beachfront getaway for you and your significant other, a family vacation, weekend escape, or headed to the Daytona 500, this is the condo for you!

Perfect location

This place is perfect for a large family. We stayed for a university graduation and could walk just a couple blocks to the event. The pool was great and the beach acres was very convenient. I would recommend to anyone.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking a breeze. There were tons of on-site amenities and activities to enjoy—perfect for both relaxing and having fun. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious unit with all amenities. The staff was helpful and courteous. We were relieved to see tight security. I could not ask for a better site to enjoy the beach with family. Restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Great condo on the beach

We had a great stay for the weekend. It was great to be able to just walk right out to the beach. Pretty much everything you would want is within walking distance. The condo itself is nicely done. The furniture is comfortable, the beds were good to sleep in and it had a wonderful view of the ocean. The beach is a busy area, but worth it for the convenience.

We have stayed in many units in the ocean walk over the last 20 years and this has been my favorite! It is remodeled with high end finishes all the way down to the dishes and small appliances. The linens were amazing. Great attention to details including plenty of hangers and the provided hand soap and toiletries were very nice. Great communication with the owner and they were always responsive to issues and questions. Check in/out was a breeze. I will definitely rent this unit and other from this owner!

Great views

Our family loved this condo. Accommodations were great and it was nice having restaurants and activities close by. Just a couple call outs, the water pressure is so so and the hot water was more like luke warm, I did not call this out to the property manager so it might have been able to be fixed. Second, the dryers were a little loud. Be prepared for the resort to be a little noisy, especially on the weekends. With that said we enjoyed our time and the condo is nice. Would stay again.

The condo was everything we thought it would be. Having the second kitchen area was a big plus for us because we needed the room to store stuff for the wedding. The condo was very clean and the kitchens were very well equipped. We will diffinetly stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. View was amazing and enjoyed the fireworks and free concert right outside our window during Memorial Day weekend. Kids loved the lazy river and slide. Will definitely be back.

Memory Maker!

This condo is beautiful with very comfortable accommodations. I must admit that THE best part is the 14th Floor balcony view! Not much beats sipping a morning coffee at sunrise. The view is breathtaking and the sound of the ocean waves rolling onshore is the perfect way to start the day. The location is pretty ideal, as well. Close to A1A shopping, Ocean Walk Shoppes/restaurants, the Boardwalk, and Joe's Crab Shack. There are 2 outdoor pools, waterslide, 2 outdoor Jacuzzis, and a lazy river on-site, with direct access to the sandy Beach mere steps away. There are also 2 indoor pools that my family did not take advantage of since we were focused on soaking up the gorgeous Florida sun/weather. The Property Manager was very responsive from the time of booking, additonal questions I had prior to our stay / during our stay, and even post-stay. Scott is a professional and courteous Host with attention to detail. (Thanks Scott!) My family very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the hopefully near future.
