Just the relaxing place you are looking for! Unpretentious, a true beach cottage where you can feel at home. A short 5 minute walk will put you on the beach, then back home to soak in the hot tub and grill out on your large backyard patio overlooking the river playing some outdoor games. Beach towels, sun shade tent, beach chairs, cooler, and toys all provided. Bluetooth dimmable mirror ladies for your make up. Walk to all the activities and nightlife on Main St. Take a relaxing shower with massage jets or unwind in the massage chair before curling up under high tc sheets and thick cotton duvets to watch streaming channels in bed or on the HUGE living room TV. Enjoy a retro Nintendo system, board games, and books on rain days. Full kitchen with stove, double sized refrigerator, a Koerig coffee machine with sumptoius coffee, real cream, and raw sugar. Lots of other small appliances including a toaster, toaster oven, crock pot, and a blender for your margaritas. Whether a family fun holiday or peaceful getaway, you have found your paradise!


" please note the house sleeps 6 comfortably with the queen sofa bed. I can provide an air mattress for an addt charge for more guests but do keep in mind the house may be a little crowded!

Jayne was a wonderful host. She left so much to make us feel welcome. The bed and pillows were like new and so very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great too. Loved staying here.

We had such a nice time! We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and we loved the short walk to a nice waterfront restaurant up the street. The house was so cute and cozy and we would definitely stay again! The host is extremely thoughtful and had a nice welcome bag of treats and snacks.

Absolutely the best home for a vacation stay! There wasn’t a single thing more to say than it felt like a home and we didn’t wanna leave! It was so clean and everything was easy to access, and she had everything laid out perfectly! Couldn’t have a better stay than here!

Family Spring Break

Great location to multiple food options and beach access. Everything in the house was described accurately. Nice bonus of having beach accessories already with the house, so we didn't have to bring or buy any additional items. We did not use the hot tub due to sun burns but would have been nice if we had.

All about the details!

We had a wonderful stay here, the property is well situated, and well maintained. What sets this place apart though is the attention to detail. Anything you can think of, they’ve thought of and provided. If you’re considering booking this charming place, do it! You won’t be disappointed!!

Perfect location for beach/boardwalk

Quaint beach home. Exactly what was needed for a long weekend in Daytina Beach. Everything was in walking distance. House was clean. Only suggestion would be to have some shelving in the large shower, as all my toiletries, even the bar soap, had to go on the floor .

2nd Time Around

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The cute,beachy house has everything we needed. Our college grandson enjoyed studying on the sunny sun porch while I sat in the hot tub. Hostess is easy to communicate with.

Property was Great! Very clean and cozy! Everything we needed was there! Hot tub was clean and felt great! Jayne was great, answered any questions we had n was promptly answering back! Highly recommend staying here for your vacation!

Cute Little House, Great Location!

The owner went above & beyond to make us feel welcomed. She also checked in with us to see if we needed anything & let us know about holiday events that were going on. House was a little smaller then we had thought but we made it work with 3 adults and 2 kids with no problems. We would definitely stay there again!! It was only a 2 minute drive or 10 min walk to get to the beach & main strip!! I give it a 10/10!!!

Great stay!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Location was perfect for easy access to food, shopping, and the beach. Everything at the home was just as described and in great working order. We especially enjoyed the awesome shower and hot tub. We will be back!
