The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property

Just off the double queen bedroom, there is a large air-conditioned walk-in closet where you can place a pack 'n play crib. Baby can sleep in quiet while Mom and Dad and rest of family enjoy the condo. (Pack n' play available for rent)

Not only was the condo spotlessly clean, the rooms spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with high quality pots, pans, and dishes. The nicest condo we have stayed in on Ormond beach. Will definitely bookmark this rental for our yearly vacation.

Great family location

We had 3 families stay in the condo and had a wonderful time. Easy access to the pool and beach and especially liked that all of our beach equipment (chairs, canopy, etc.) could be stored in the garage on the bottom floor so we did not have to lug them from room.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous condo. The only problem was that our time there was too short. Beautifully appointed, kitchen had everything we needed and the view was amazing. Would love to stay again!!

The condo was fantastic. It had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, the view was phenomenal, easy to get in and out to the beach/condo/garage, well organized, clean, and the residents and staff were very kind. The beach was not crowded at all. There were plenty of places to go eat down the street and cute boutiques to shop. We will definitely be back!

The view is spectacular, the beds very comfortable, the little details delightful (blankets handy for being patio sitting), decorating very nice, well stocked kitchen. Very secure building. We loved it!
