The newly renovated bathrooms are designed with relaxation in mind, complete with a shower, vanity, and heated towel rail with the added luxury of underfloor heating for those cooler mornings.



The newly updated kitchen is fully equipped to handle any culinary adventure, boasting an induction cooktop, an electric oven, and a double sink that looks out over the private backyard. In winter, central heating and the cosy Ned Kelly wood fire make the house feel like a warm sanctuary, while air conditioning keeps it cool and comfortable during warmer months.



Outside, discover a unique highlight of the property: the charming old schoolhouse, now a fully renovated and functional third bedroom. This cosy space includes its own kitchenette and full ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort - perfect for extra guests, a creative space, or a quiet retreat. The outdoor BBQ and firpit area offer an additional outdoor living space to watch the stars.
