Welcome to southern comfort and true lake living. Built in 2016, this home sits on the edge of Lake Lanier with stunning views year-round. IT OFFERS A SHORT LEVEL WALK FROM THE HOME TO THE LAKE and private dock. NO STEPS OR STEEP CLIMBS! And only a short drive to North GA Wineries. The boat ramp is across the street. Kayaks and paddle boards included.

New in 2022 is a master spas hot tub sitting directly outside the house with direct views of the lake while relaxing.

The entire home from floor to ceiling is covered in beautiful hard woods. Honey stained floors and cream painted ship lap walls. No dry wall in the entire home.
A custom designed Kitchen. The home is decorated professionally and will welcome you with a feeling of peaceful relaxation.

We are hopeful you can stay with us. And if you are interested, please read the full description. Not only does it contain useful information, but it also contains most of the rules that come with keeping a house beautiful for each renter.
We request all renters to purchase damage protection. The $1000 property fee is refundable. We collect this to ensure against things Such as smoking! With a proper checkout we will immediately refund the $1000. There is a $100 fee for trash removal.

The main house contains three large bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Open/great room floor plan. Contains a large table with seating for ten. More can sit at the kitchen island. The porch leads you right out onto the outside entertaining area. Here you have a in ground-built fire pit with Adirondack chairs next to a table and chairs for outdoor meals. There is plenty of seating.
And of course, the reason we all come here. The lake is just a LEVEL short walk from the fire pit. At the lake there is a dock with roof top seating. There is a dock container on the upper level with cushions. Please use them but put them away when finished every time.

Also, included is the detached apartment. The apartment contains two bedrooms each with queen beds. One full designer bath. A living area with love sofa and chair that opens to a full kitchen including dish washer.

Master bedroom on the first floor with large windows looking directly at the lake. Office/sitting area. Dual vanities.

Up the lighted stairs you with find a large loft with sofa, chairs, and t.v. that separate the two upstairs bedrooms. Bedroom two contains a king bed. Bedroom three contains a king mattress with two twin bunks overhead. Both offer large bedroom space. Also, upstairs is a full designer bath.

We do not house any parties. Prom graduation retirement or other. No more than twelve people on property at any time. If this were to occur, you would be asked to leave immediately with no refund. 9pm to 9 am quiet hours. Absolutely no PETS! Ample parking. You will be issued up to four parking permits. No vehicles on the lawn. We do have an inside fireplace. However, we do not allow the inside fireplace to be used! And yes. The security cameras you will see (outside only) are monitored. NO smoking anywhere on the property inside or outside. Security deposit will be forfeit if there is smoking. All baths are walk-in showers only. No tubs. Please, you are welcome to use the cushions for the outside patio furniture both at the boat dock and patio behind the house. Please put them away after every use if they get wet/rain there will be a fee charged to your deposit.
Upon check out we will send a reminder that will ask you to please place all furniture back in its original position. To place kayaks and paddle boards back in their original positions. All towels' sheets linens to be placed on the floor in the master bath. All dishes must be washed and returned to their positions. You can leave one load in the dishwasher to start upon your departure.

There are several TVs located throughout the home. 4 TV's have satellite connected. Family room, master bed, kitchen/dinning, and sunroom. TV in the apartment is a large smart TV so you can watch your favorite Netflix or app-based shows. NO cable/satellite in apartment or loft.

One of the best parts of this location is the water. You have a direct and easy path to the lake. We also offer one of the best areas on Lake Lanier to get your family wake boarding on smooth water. We do all our water activities right outside our cove. No wasted fuel finding a place to ski.

Nearby attractions

Visiting the north Georgia wineries. Their beauty will take your breath away. Be sure to book lunch at Wolf Mountain Vineyards. Reservations usually needed. Highly recommend looking into Frogtown winery for lunch, dinner and wine tours. Monta Luce winery is also spectacular for those special times. Our other favorites are Yonah Mountain Winery and Serenity Cellars.
