Summary:
This Big Canoe group home sits on a greenbelt of mountain meadow protected forest with paths and hiking just out the front door. This house is a step above the typical home rental with professionally designed interiors and a fabulous game room and outdoor entertainment area complete with a hot tub, fire pit, corn hole, bocce, giant jenga, darts, and more!

The Space:
Our main level is a large, open concept living, dining and kitchen area.

Next to the fully stocked kitchen is the sunroom overlooking the mountain meadow with seating for 8 at the gaming table for those 1000 piece puzzles or board games. Just off of the living room is the Master Suite with views of the greenbelt boasting a very large, amazing master bath with soaker tub, walk in shower, dual vanities, and large walk in closet. Also on the main level is the cozy queen bed guest room with a full bath featuring walk-in shower.

Heading downstairs to the Terrace Level you will find another King Master bedroom with full bath, a double queen bed bedroom which shares full bath and another luxurious bedroom with a queen and double bed and full bath which is shared by the 4 twin bunk room.

Also on the terrace level enjoy the amazing game room boasting a flip of the switch fireplace, cozy seating area for watching the big game or playing Xbox or Wii using the large Roku flatscreen, the 9 foot shuffleboard table, ping pong table, giant wall scrabble, gaming table and board games. The outdoor gaming area features bocce court, corn hole, dart board, hot tub, and loungers all overlooking the beautiful mountain meadow greenbelt.

Bear Creek Luxury Estate is in the Wildcat area of Big Canoe surrounded by hiking and beautiful mountain meadows. Taking the paved path to the right next to the home will lead towards the Wildcat pool area with playground, bocce courts, basketball court, ball fields, cabana area with picnic tables and outdoor fireplace all next to the pool area. Taking the path the other way will lead to unpaved hiking trails and doggie parks. Bring your bikes, skateboards, scooters or rollerblades and enjoy the paved trails just beside the house.

There is also a dog run just out the garage door at the side of the house.

Guest Access:
You will have access to all of award winning Big Canoe's activities including indoor/outdoor swimming, pontoon boating/canoeing/kayaking/paddle boarding, spa and fitness center, 20+ miles of hiking with waterfalls, 27 holes Championship Golf, 12 multi surfaced indoor/outdoor tennis courts, 4 Pickleball Courts, 4 Bocce Courts, Multi-million dollar Clubhouse featuring Black Bear Pub, parks with playsets for the little ones, jogging paths, ball fields, basketball court and jeep trail featuring 2 Waterfalls, settlers cabin picnic areas. The Neighborhood:
You may enjoy visiting many of the wineries near Big Canoe including Monteluce Vineyards (2 restaurants), Meichtry Vineyards, Ott Family Vineyards, and Buckley Vineyards all of which are within 20 miles of Big Canoe.

Gibbs Gardens is a favorite attraction along with Amicalola Falls State Park which is the highest waterfall east of the Mississippi River about 15 minutes from Big Canoe.
A fun half day outing is kayaking and tubing Cartecay River Experience and also apple orcharding heading toward Ellijay on Hwy 52.
Lastly don't forget Burts Pumpkin Farm in the Fall months and shopping at North Georgia Premium Outlets in Dawsonville.

Parking is STRICTLY limited to the garage and driveway. NO vehicles may park on the side of the street. If you need additional parking, please contact me for details.

LIGHTS:
Exterior lights MUST be off by 10pm according to Big Canoe regulations. Please be sure to check the front & back porch at night to ensure compliance.
