The house was very nice. It has everything we needed and more! The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is the upstairs barhroom shower had low water pressure. Not a huge deal, we all used the basement shower which was fantastic.

Perfect getaway

We loved this house, the hot tub, the two full bedroom suites and the location. Everything was perfect. The only negative was the internet. It was very slow and sporadic. Overall it was a great getaway for us. Truly enjoyed the area and Blackwater Falls State Park.

Lovely home

This is our second time staying here and it never disappoints. We were a little concerned about the warm weather bc there is no AC but the cool nights made it very comfortable. Love the hot tub and the privacy!

Pleasant get away

My niece and I vacation together once a year. This property is well appointed. Kitchen had anything you would need. Upstairs shower was slippery and could be made safer. All in all a lovely place to stay. We enjoyed the serenity.

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully located and even though it's in the neighborhood, it's surrounded by trees and very private. Inside is very nicely decorated and well maintained. Kitchen is stocked with everything you may need, including pots and pans, kitchen gadgets and appliances and even spices! One thing that didn't match the description online was that there was no grill. The house gets a little warm during the day but cools down nicely during the night. Shop 'n Save in nearby Davis is a great spot for groceries. Lots of great hikes in the area. We visited Blackwater Falls State Park, Seneca Rocks and the caverns. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing getaway!

Our stay was very relaxing! We enjoyed the hot tub and our daughter loved the spa tubs. The shade provided a nice temperature to enjoy the hot tub in the evenings. We played the provided games (trivial pursuit). Made dinner in the stocked kitchen. All in all we enjoyed our short stay. The driveway was hard to navigate in a smaller car but we made it work.

Beautiful secluded home

The husband and I had a wonderful stay at Bearbrook over New Years. This home was the most equipped home we have ever stayed in! The hot tub was amazing! We did have a mouse problem (kept us awake at night and ate some of our food) but figured that was not uncommon given the time of the year. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great property close to everything

We enjoyed our stay and it was within an hour of all of the things we had planned
 enjoyed the hot tub and views. Very easy check in and our process and everything was as described. Neighborhood is big but this house feels very private which we loved.
