Disney Holiday

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the villa, the kids were even wanted to come back from Disney world to play in the pool! The host was very helpful with the one question we had and solved the issue while we were out at the parks! I thought the location of the villa was good for Disney and the shops and restaurants nearby were great. The villa had lots of space for all our family. Overall I would definitely recommend using this villa for a family holiday.

Fantastic Family Holiday!

Mike’s place was perfect for our family’s needs. The house had everything we needed, it was spacious and the pool was perfect after a hard day on the parks. It is ideally placed for the Disney Parks but to be honest nothing was too far away (if you have a car). The location was very peaceful and I loved sitting watching the wooded area at the back of the house. Publix supermarket is just down the road too which made stocking up on essentials really easy. I would definitely recommend and we hope to be back soon!

Everything was superb and communication with the owner was amazing. Couple of issues (pool heater broke and washing machine broke down) but owner and management company were on it immediately. Villa was lovely, very clean and very well equipped. Will definately only stay here when we come back again.

House is exactly as described and shown in pictures. Great location, really peaceful with easy access to parks and local amenities. Comfortable and convenient to Disney

Overall we were satisfied. The pros: Very clean, comfortable furniture and layout, Valet garbage/recycle a nice touch, pool well maintained, owner and property management both responsive. These are the things we felt need addressing to make this a perfect property: Upon arrival, upstairs thermostat was not working. It was then replaced with a wi-fi type thermostat. The thermostat is controlled by the management company instead of the guests. If guests are paying to stay, I think they should be able to decide what there comfort level is. We kept waking up in the middle of the night sweating to find the thermostat set at 77. This is not a comfortable sleeping temperature. Game Room: A missing pool ball was reported to the owner upon arrival. No brush so you could keep the table clean. No chalk for the cues. Only 3 darts for the dart board, so can't play a game. Kitchen: The range hood light bulb was burned out upon arrival, They are in desperate need of at least one sharp knife. A pasta size pot and salad spinner would be helpful. There were 7 frying pans, none over 8" and 5 had peeling surfaces and were unsafe to use. At least one dinner sized pan is needed and perhaps better cooking utensils to prevent pan damage. There were only 3 serving type bowls, 1 pyrex type and 2 pool side plastic chip bowls. At least one mixing bowl is needed. We are hoping our comments will help to make this a perfect home away from home.

60th Birthday with family and friends.

There are not enough words to express how our experience at this beautiful villa with all of the comforts of home. We felt at home and safe from the moment we opened the door.This property is well kept and the owners definitely paid attention to detail and all of the small things that make you feel cared for and safe. We have frequent a few rental properties in the past but they all seem to fall short in one area or another. You have definitely set the bar..... We are all essential workers and have been working very hard through this pandemic and still are and we needed this time to take a break from it all. This past week has allowed us to spend much needed time together to make new memories. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great house, great location!

Green Haven at Watersong is a great place to stay. It’s close to Disney if you’re into that. We just wanted a place in the sun with a pool to relax after our cruise and that house was perfect for that. This was our second stay here and may stay here again in the future.

Beautifully presented 4 bed property.

This is a lovely spacious house. All rooms en-suite which is a huge bonus. The house was very clean on arrival. All communication with the owner was prompt. The house is located in a gated community which made you feel very safe. It was also very quiet and peaceful. There is wonderful wildlife around which we all enjoyed.The pool was welcomed after long hot days in the parks. We made full use of the games room and the huge library of films available. The house is about 30 min car ride to Disney and about 40 to Universal. Very close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. A car is an absolute necessity. My only negative was that there are no keys for the internal doors. My advice would be to bring a small flathead screwdriver should you need to open the internal doors from the outside. Having said that, I would definitely stay here again should I ever be back in Orlando and I would highly recommend this property.

Great house in great area!

This house worked great for our group of 6 seniors. We weren't looking for the Disney thing but if you are this house in close to the park and an easy commute. We just wanted a quite place to relax around the pool which worked out great for us. We did some day trips to Mount Dora, Clermont and Lake Louisa State Park which were all nice places to visit & shop and not too far away.

Good location with easy access to main highways, shopping areas and restaurants but definitely need a car if staying here. Additional benefit of daily access to clubhouse with lovely pool and gym facilities. Would recommend this villa.

This was one of the best villas we have stayed in, very quiet and private, especially enjoyed the wild life outiside day and night. Villa was well equipped for our needs and was clean, tidy and being in a gated community made it feel very safe. Situated well for shops, restaurants and parks. Definitely would consider this villa for our next family holiday.

Total relaxation

We stayed mid June for a week and wanted to do the parks. This was an ideally located base, far enough away to be quiet but near enough to be in the thick of it quickly. Everything we needed was at the villa already. The location was beautiful and some early mornings or late evenings we could watch the local wildlife in the woods at the back whilst we relaxed in the pool. No one disturbed us and we had plenty of equipment in the villa to entertain ourselves when we had the energy! All in all a lovely place, very clean and tidy, well equipped and tastefully decorated. I have been to Florida about 20 times and would readily use Greenhaven at Watersong again.

Great villa, ideal holiday home

A great place to stay..........we were 3 couples and 1 individual ...........plenty of room for all of us...........nice clean villa...........we did have a small problem due to a leak, but this was resolved without any fuss by the owner and the management company. Mike kept us informed all the way through this little incident, which I must stress was beyond his control. The weather was unseasonably wet but this did not spoil our enjoyment of the villa and the surrounds. would definitely recommend and will stay in future when we next are in the area. We love Watersong Development mainly for it's quietness, it is away from the hustle and bustle which is just what we love. Perfect place to relax and recharge the human batteries!

Beautiful house with everything you could ever need, great location, so peaceful & relaxing

The house is very large , beautifully decorated, the pool is fabulous and everything is so clean. The location is good but you will need a car however it is very easy to get to the theme parks - about a 30-40 min drive. The perfect getaway base for a busy Orlando holiday!

The Green Haven has everything you need for a comfortable 'home from home' experience. The property is well furnished and provides all the essentials you need to make you feel at home very quickly. It has a lovely relaxing outside area, pool and games room facility. We really enjoyed returning to the tranquility of the home after long days out or for some much needed restful afternoons. We were so happy to have chosen The Green Haven as the base for our holiday of a lifetime - thank you so much for having us stay.

Excellent vacation rental.

Our family really enjoyed staying at the Green Haven in Watersong. The house was clean, beautiful and had all the items needed to make our stay great. It was a nice to be able to relax at the pool or watch a movie in the house after a day of sight seeing. The house is nice and close to all the Disney Parks and Universal Studios. We loved our stay at the Green Haven.
