Designed for productivity with high-speed internet, a compact workstation, and vibrant lighting. Uncover the magic of your exclusive cozy studio experience!

The kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooktop, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, and complete dishware. The bedroom offers a full bed with trundle, accommodating up to 3 guests. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 40-inch Smart TV featuring Netflix, complemented by provided bed linens, blankets, and pillows.

Enhance your stay with additional amenities in the bedroom, including a pack and play for babies, an iron with a mini ironing board, and hangers for your convenience. The private bathroom is well-appointed with towels, body wash, a first aid kit, and a hair dryer—ensuring a comfortable and worry-free experience.

Take advantage of the complimentary laundry facilities located within the building, the only shared amenity with the main house. Guests are welcome to use this service at no extra charge; simply contact us to schedule access.

As residents of the main house sharing a wall with the Studio, we want to note the potential for some noise. However, it's worth mentioning that one of our small children attends school on weekdays, and both kids are in bed by 8 p.m.

We leave the level of interaction entirely up to you. Should you prefer complete privacy, no interaction is necessary. Nevertheless, residing in the main house, we are readily available to provide assistance should you require any.

Great place. Second time I’ve stayed here and will stay again on next trip to Florida. Host is wonderful. Always available to answer questions and is quick to respond. Very close to Disney and there are many restaurants close by. If you are a golfer there are lots of courses near this location. Place is very clean and host provides parking. Once again this is a wonderful place.

Lovely studio. Perfect for 1-2 people who need a base to explore the local area. Despite it being described as tiny I would say there’s more than enough room. Very clean and Marcela has thought of everything you may need!

Perfect studio & perfect stay

We needed a place to stay while we were closing on our new home, and this studio was perfect! Everything was clean and new! It had everything we needed for our week stay, and the location was perfect! We even went to Universal Studios for two days during our stay. I highly recommend and we enjoyed our stay!

I was there for my son’s college baseball games, so it was perfect for myself. I arrived late at night. I struggled to find a light at first, and I hope I didn’t scare the host because I tried to open a door to their area. It was a good size place and the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t see shampoo and conditioner. I arrived late at night, so I didn’t bother the host. The location was awesome. It is so nice to have a traffic light to turn to and from Rt. 27. It is a quiet area, but so many restaurants and stores are nearby. I highly recommend this place.

Great for a place to sleep

The place works very well when you need a small space to sleep and shower. This is a great place if you have 1-3 people, and will spend most of your time out of the house. It would have started to feel a little cramped if I spent a lot of time there. Hosts are very accommodating and kind.

This was our second year staying here while our son’s college baseball team had spring training. I spent five days alone and then my husband and daughter joined me. So much easier than a hotel. Lovely small kitchen where I worked. Easy to get places. Perfect.

Our stay was really good! We enjoyed our stay and were very impressed how it was quiet, clean and very pleasant. I rate it in the top 100 with it being 100. It was close to stores and easy to get to places we need to go. I love it and would definitely come back everything about. It was just perfect for us. Overnight Stay for Baseball Tournament

Our stay was wonderful. Access was very easy and was all we needed to be close to our grandson’s baseball tournament. Our hostess communicated very well. It was spacious, clean and nice neighborhood where we enjoyed walking and sitting outdoors. Would definitely use again if we travel to this area. Visit with friends

The purpose of my trip to the area was to visit old friends that I hadn't seen in 3 years. This place was perfect for me as it was less than 2 miles from the neighborhood where my wife & I lived for 12 years before she passed away 3 years ago. All things you need are here (cookware, dishes, etc.). Clean & comfortable. I would stay here again.

Loving this home

This was my second time at this tiny place and I loved it so much that I stayed there again for a work. It is so convenient for me just a couple of minutes away from my family and it was just fantastic to stay there again. The place is always clean. The communication with the property manager is awesome and I would tell anyone that this is a good place to stay it. If I ever have to stay somewhere again, I would choose the tiny place. Thank you for allowing us to stay my business. There is done and now I can have my own place in Davenport.

Two night stay in the tiny studio

I stayed here with my son for his football camp which is located in Davenport, Fl. The entire process from the booking all the way to checking out was great. The studio was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. It is approximately 2-3 miles from restaurants, gas stations and Starbucks. The room was extremely quiet and when you close the two doors and the shades it’s an amazing darkness and will help you sleep. The bed was also amazing and the shower was hot. We would definitely stay here again.
