«Silver Palms» est une magnifique maison de deux Ă©tages de style mĂ©diterranĂ©en situĂ©e dans le complexe Watersong, conçue avec de vastes espaces de vie ouverts, des caractĂ©ristiques Ă©lĂ©gantes et des amĂ©nagements fluides pour un sentiment vraiment exclusif. Notre maison sur mesure a un extĂ©rieur colorĂ©, caractĂ©ristiques de cuisine design, et est chargĂ© avec des mises Ă  jour y compris les planchers entiĂšrement carrelĂ©e, d'une piscine et d'un barbecue surdimensionnĂ©. Il se dresse sur un lot de conservation sur-dimensionnĂ©, offrant intimitĂ© dans la cour arriĂšre parce que vous ne sont pas nĂ©gligĂ©s par l'arriĂšre. TrÚs belle propriété.

La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, prĂšs de tous les attractions d’Orlando Ă  + ou - 30 minutes. Le propriĂ©taire de la maison est trĂšs rĂ©actif et trĂšs rapide Ă  rĂ©pondre aux courriels en cas de questionnement en lien avec la propriĂ©tĂ©. Nous avons eu un trĂšs beau sĂ©jour.

Nice house and property. Listing a little misleading on some amenities but quick communication with the owner/ property manager and all was straightened out quickly. Pool is great and house is very clean in a safe, clean, well maintained and quiet community. Certainly not in the owners control but Lots of traffic in the surrounding areas but also tons of amenities, restaurants and stores like Publix right down the road, just allow extra time when traveling in and around the area. House has good WiFi but some of the other technologies like TVs and cable boxes are very dated but functional.

From the original booking to the time we checked in the owner was very helpful and the property management staff were very helpful in answering all our questions. The house was a little out of the way from the parks and shopping centers but overall a beautiful gated clean community with a beautiful community pool and club house. Watersong was a beautiful gated community. The house contained 4 large bedrooms with ensuite baths all around plus a half bath outside for the pool area. The kitchen was open concept to living area and dining area. The garage was quite warm and contained a ping pong and pool table along with laundry. The house had everything you needed plus more. The oool was clean and very refreshing along with an outside alcove area where you can relax outside away from sun or rain. As for trips to the parks they ranged anywhere from 35-45mins depending on traffic and the closest grocery store would be Publix approx. 10mins away. With that said we enjoyed our stay and didn’t mind the drives to the parks at all. Thanks for the great time Neil and management.

Second time staying

This is our second time staying at the beautiful home!! It’s a great location and quiet neighborhood was perfect for our trips to the parks and so nice to unwind after a day of walking the parks. The power blinked bc of a storm and air conditioning stopped working on first floor. (Absolutely no fault of the owners) just one of those things that can happen in Florida. Contacted the owner and the Property manager came right out to fix it and it worked fine after that. Great communication and just a gorgeous home. We will stay again and again thank you.

Fantastic villa for a family holiday

Fantastic villa for a family holiday. Location was ideal - reasonable travel time to parks, but not in a built up area.Great facilities, with everything needed (loads or kitchen equipment etc.).Communication with owner was fast and efficient.

Family Girls Trip

Every March is an annual 2-week trip with my 91 year mother, sisters, sister-in-law, daughter, granddaughter and niece. The house was perfect for our group size, the house is just as pictured, and the pool area is wonderful. We paid for the heated pool/hot tub, which was well worth it so we could swim for the 2 weeks in March. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is a huge plus, and the 5th bathroom off the patio area was very useful. The gated community was a wonderful surprise. We walked often, morning and night, and always felt very safe. The community pool, and playground was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay so much, that I have asked to book for next year.

Home from Home

The Villa provided a quiet relaxing base for the fun filled days of Disney and Universal excursions. Davenport has some great places to eat, we tried Chillis Tex Mex and Beef O Brady's. The host, Neil, responded promptly with all communication and is knowledgeable on the local area. Highly recommended.

Would recommend!

We stayed at this home to go between LEGOLAND and SeaWorld. We hit some Disney traffic which added a bit of time but overall was a nice quiet neighborhood. Pool was great, layout was great with kids. Great communication with owner. Had all the household essentials we needed. Would stay again!

Just what we needed!

This condo is definitely one of the better ones we’ve stayed in! The upgrades to the furniture were nice! Beds were super comfy! Plenty of room in the living room and kitchen to fit our party of 8. We had a blast in the pool, the kids loved the game room and having their own pool right outside. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more! Ample towels in the bathrooms and for the pool! Neil was great to communicate with! We very much enjoyed this property!

Wonderful home!

This is a very nice vacation home! Plenty of space for ourselves and grown children for a week. The home is well stocked with paper supplies and soap to get your vacation started. We had all we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. We had the pool heated, which was perfect for our cold Michigan bodies. The neighborhood is one of our favorites. It is quiet and others staying here are friendly. The owner was very helpful and would respond to emails quickly. The house is as pictured and clean. If you forgot your book, there are plenty here!! The TV is a good size for the area. Every bedroom has its own bathroom; which was great. We will definitely be coming back!!

Great location, plenty of room

The house is exactly as pictured. We stayed here with our daughter and her family. 6 of us in total. It’s in a lovely secure gated community. The only issue we had was with the pool being too cold to enjoy when we paid extra for heat. After communicating with Neil he had someone come out and fix it and then the pool was lovely. A great feature is the bathroom that’s accessible from the pool patio so you’re not going through the house all wet. And the covered patio table to eat outside but not in the sun. Neil, the host was always quick to respond within a few hours if not sooner. We paid extra for a rental bbq, which was handy but not a great bbq. There is a grill in the pics but it’s not useable. This was confusing to me at first as well. Overall this was a great vacation location. Close to many local attractions without being in a busy neighborhood. The gate lady we encountered was so friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Good 4 week stay.

Overall a great stay. Beds were comfortable, plenty of kitchenware. House was clean and as advertised. Better than most vacation rentals we've stayed in. Minor issue of a shower drain draining slow was addressed immediately by property manager. The grill that was provided was worn out and Neil saw to it that it was replaced with a brand new one within one day. Pool and hot tub were great, well worth the cost of heating. Price was reasonable. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house

Enjoyed our stay here. Neil, the owner. always answered my questions quickly. A pleasure to deal with. House is as advertised and looks even better in person. Safe, gated community. House was very clean. Love that all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Definitely would come in handy for larger groups of people. We had no issues while there. Took about 30 minutes or so to get to Disney Parks, depending on traffic. I love this area, but I will say that since our last stay in this area, that it has been developed much more. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Overall, our stay was good. Neil, the owner, communicates well. The neighborhood is great and we felt safe the whole time. The location is not centrally located to Disney or major shopping so allow yourself time to get to those places if youre on a schedule.

Overall great stay

Communication with property management was excellent. I asked questions well before arrival, just before arrival, and at departure. All questions were answered quickly. The property is in great condition and we enjoyed the pool on days we werent busy. Unfortunately, you can hear outside noise from the bedroom downstairs so a couple of nights we didn't sleep as well. My family also enjoyed the game room. Checking in was a little slow since others were in line when we arrived a couple of days. The rooms are spacious and the bedding was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
