Private Pool, Gulf Front, Game Room, 2 Master Suites! - Island Time VI

A top-tier 5-bedroom Gulf-front beach house with a private, heated pool and a second-floor Game Room with a Gulf-view balcony. Island Time VI has 2 Master suites (one on the main level and the second upstairs) and one of the best views of any home on the Island. This 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath two-story beach house is nearly ready! It has a unique Gulf-front dipping pool; with benches along the sides, so you can sit in the pool and enjoy the great Gulf of Mexico views! There is a cozy second-floor Game Room with foosball and a door to access a 160 sq foot Gulf-view balcony. This home has a spectacular Gulf of Mexico beach location! The pool is heated from October thru April, at no additional charge.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for longer stays. Everything you need for a great beach vacation is here!

Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet applied.

This was our second time staying at this property. Overall, the furniture and general upkeep had sustained some wear and tear. The outside gates were broken and hard to open/close. The location and private pool were perfect. The AC began to leak water from the return vent causing a slip, but once notified the pretty manager sent out a repairman quickly.

The home was perfect for our 81 year old dad all 4 siblings! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you may need. Beds were very comfortable. The area is quiet with the most beautiful Gulf view. The few steps to the beach was perfect! We will be back.

Great stay

The decks were especially wonderful. They had gates that allowed our dogs to roam free. The pool was enclosed separately. The living room furniture was very comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

A Wonderful Get Away!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect and the location was beautiful. The property management was very responsive and even came to turn lights on for us since we were coming in late. First time on island and we will be back. Note: if your looking for night life this is not the place, but if you want to relax, unwind and refresh this is it!

Amazing views!!

This was the perfect house for our big family gathering celebrating our Dad’s 65th birthday with all his kids and grandkids. The house was big enough to accommodate us all and the minor house problems were fixed in a timely manner. The pool and easy access to the beach guaranteed everyone had a great time. The views were perfect from anywhere in the house. We will definitely be back!

Exceptional House and Location

Just completed our vacation here at Island Time VI and we were blown away. We have been coming to Dauphin Island for nearly 8 years and this is by far the best house we have rented. Beats even the newer properties we stayed in that were only 1-2 years old. It is right on the beach so no driving or long distance lugging of equipment to the Gulf. Close proximity to town for essentials like ice, food and drinks. The house is well stocked with linens, cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. We had a family of 7 adults, 2 small children and dogs and the house was large enough to handle us all comfortably. And of course the kids loved the pool which is a great escape when the Gulf is choppy. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Dauphin Island getaway

The property was gorgeous. Had 2 minor issues that were fixed within 2 hours of call to manager. The dishwasher does not clean the dishes well unless we hand washed them prior to loading. Just rinsing prior to loading did not get the dishes clean. ( Yes we all have dish washers and know how to load properly.) Someone ( either in the instructions to renters or maintanence ) needs to check and empty the grease trap on the grill on a regular basis. In the description of the home it would be helpful to state there are all glass ware items except for some plates and 4 plastic glasses for kitchen use. I would have brought my own plastic bowls and cups for the kiddos just for safety. When we filled out the rental form we did indicate that 4 of our 7 grandchildren were 10 and under. Lastly the bathroom in the main suite in the second floor apparently had mold issues, according to my son in law.

Ideal for family

Cant say enough about the user friendly set up of this house. We could sit at the pool in the shade of the covered deck and watch the kids while being steps from the ocean and see organs build sandcastles. Rooms were so spacious. Great house!

Great Home and location

Nice home but definitely could have used a good cleaning. We Went through and swept and wiped everything down ourselves. Towels were left for us to fold in the dryer. The pool was nice to have however it looked to have a dirt ring all around the pool. All simple fixes but could have definitely made our stay better. Also may want to look at areas on the deck around the pool as several boards are splintered and there were issues with our family having to remove splinters all week. All in all it was a good home just expected it to be cleaner.

Perfect retreat

Gorgeous, well appointed house large enough for 3 families (6 adults and 5 kids under 10 years old). Private pool was thoroughly enjoyed and property is right on the beach front making back and forth easy peasy. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and had plenty of cabinet space. Our only complaint was the Wi-Fi was unreliable. It took a very thorough search to locate the router etc for a reset, but even with resets the WiFi behavior was a bit erratic. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! Would definitely book again!

Family time

The beach house was amazing. Lots of space for our group of 13. Well stocked kitchen, lots of comfortable beds sleeping. The pool isn't deep, so it was great dor the kids and just relaxing. It was wonderful having the beach just out the back step. We spent a lot of time sitting on the awesome deck. Loved watching the dolphins swim by and gulls and pelicans fly by. Such a great place to bring our family together. You will get your exercise on the steps.

Not for seniors

The stairs are too steep and long. If you want to attract older folks , the house needs a lift like the majority of the houses. We had 4 senior citizens that had problems

Very enjoyable

All 12 of us enjoyed our stay The only down side was one roll of toilet paper and one paper towel i felt the starter supplies was way to minimal. Other then that it was an amazing experience. When I called the management company twice once for the pool to be cleaned and the other was the automatic lock was not working. they were quick to respond and resolved the issues immediately.

Island Time VI is a beautiful home located in a prime beachfront location. The heated pool and large deck offered options when we were tired of the beach and the management company was very responsive to our needs. We had a wonderful family get away.

Family reconnect 2023

Beautiful location, we were steps from the beach, the pool was wonderful with a perfect view. We were a group of 16 and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen utensils need upgrading, the knifes were all dull and there was no kitchen scissors. The stove heat indicator light was on all the time and the burners glowed for a time after the burner was turned off. These are minor things that would only matter if you are cooking a lot. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back.
