CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Our cleaning staff washes our high quality linens before every new guest arrival. We mean every bath towel, wash cloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillow case and dish towel â EVERY TIME. All linens are washed in high heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and through sanitation.
PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned units by professional cleaners. This has been one of our highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new guest arrival. You can be certain that our property is thoroughly disinfected. We launder all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill germs and follow specialized processes. Finally, after each clean is completed our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for our âWhite Glove Treatmentâ.
STARTER PACKET INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING
Each bathroom will receive the following:
-Towels, washcloths, hand towels
-2 rolls of toilet paper
-Hand soaps
The kitchen will receive the following:
-1 roll of paper towels, 1 laundry packet, 1 dish detergent packet, 2 trash bags
Here are some other points of information that will help you plan your stay at our beautiful property:
- Pets are allowed! Pets require prior approval, and there is a $150 fee per pet - max of two pets allowed. (You must bring their beds and blankets and not allow them on our furniture especially if they shed. They also must be up to date on shots and on a flea preventative.) Unauthorized pets will result in immediate cancellation with no refunds.
- Check-in is after 4:00 P.M. and guests must check-out by 10:00 A.M.
- This is a smoke-free property.
- The maximum number of overnight guests is 15.
- The minimum age to book is 25.
- We have an exterior security camera at the front of the house directly above the stairs for the safety and security of our property and guests. This is motion recorded.
- You may experience wildlife native to the Gulf of Mexico including crabs, fish, dolphin, sharks, jelly fish etc. There may also be rip currents and you should swim at your own risk. We are not responsible for any wildlife interactions, stings, or attacks.
- We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
- We are not responsible for any items left behind.
- We highly encourage trip insurance for every trip, as we do not refund any bookings.
- Hot tub cannot be run unattended or without adult supervision. Hot tub must be turned off after use and the top must be placed back on. We cannot accommodate requests for hot tub to be set to a certain temp or turned on prior to arrival due to safety and liability issues.
- Please note that per the city, there is a 3 car parking maximum limit.
- We do not supply any rods and reels. The ones pictured are for decor only.
- There is no fire pit.
