Was never able to contact anyone. Only a recording. No one ever even in the lobby office. Also TVs were way too hard to turn on. 8 remotes not necessary.

Overall, this place is great. The views are wonderful and the facility itself is great. My only complaints are that the floors could have been cleaned better. Our feet turned black from walking around barefoot. Yuck. And, the ocean is so far away. It is a good hike down there even with the nice boardwalk. Also, I couldn't hear the sound of the ocean from the balcony. Otherwise everything is awesome.

Pleasant stay!

This was our first time staying in a one bedroom condo, 5th time staying at The Inn. Not necessarily a negative, but know that the bedroom is at front of the condo, not on the beach side. The space was VERY clean. The photos didn’t show if the condo had a couch so were a little concerned about the set up of the living room, but there was a couch! Our only issue was the freezer seal kept sticking and we had issues opening it on occasion. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Pay attention to pillows

I love going to Dauphin Island and staying at the Inn. This was our first time in a single unit. I do not recommend. The bedroom is cramped and has no natural light. It's on the back side of the condo. Next time we will pay the extra for the next size up for a room. And please get some new pillows for the bed.

Lock doesn’t work right

It could have been almost perfect if I had not experienced being locked out of my room every day I was there until I gave up , left my room unlocked, took my valuables to the car and locked them up every time I went to the beach, Pool, or left!This was unacceptable!!!I complained, I left a 2 page letter with the front desk.Never once did I get an apology and I was Livid!So unfortunately,that Peace I was looking for was ruined by Panic!It only happened when no one is at the front desk,besides 1 time!It felt intentional!You can get a copy of my kettet from The Front Desk if You like

Great condo. The appliances need updating but the kitchen is well furnished. There were only two of us and we had to wash the towels because only had 4 total but the stack washer dryer in the unit works great. We would return.

Family vacation

Great time, only complaint is check in was difficult, there is no one there after 3pm we were told to get a key from a lock box with our name on it and when we get there our name isn’t on anything and we have no idea how to get in our room ! It was a mess !!! Other thing the pools were super dirty and gross !!! There are just not a lot of places to eat but we loved the room and experience we saw lots of ocean life from stingrays to jellyfish ! Hunted ghost crabs at night and we collected so many see shells great family trip

I was a little concerned that we had not received any information on how to access the condo all the way up until the day we were leaving. I left many messages without a response, but the day of travel we received info. It was very detailed and helpful, I only wish I could have known to not panic that details would be sent on the arrival date. Loved the condo.

Great view!

Beautiful beachfront view. Two pools and two elevators available for guests. Unit is as described. Sofa and chairs in den are comfortable. Balcony is centered between two pools. Two chairs, a small table and lounge chair are on the balcony that offers privacy from neighbors on either side. Needs better window coverings in bedroom as light shines into the eyes of whom is sleeping in the room. Overall, great place for a great place. We will be back!

This property and room was great! It was all we needed and access to the beach was very nice. All the amenities of home and just as explained in the description. The only advise (but definitely not a deal breaker) is please get black out curtains for the bedroom due to the outside lights being right by the window, nothing a couple beach towels didn't handle on this trip. We will be back to this property again!! Loved our stay!!

Loved Dauphin Island

Enjoyed the additional restroom so we could both get ready and not wait on the other! The view was wonderful and having the boardwalk right at the back gate was great. We will definitely be back next year.
