Guests have full access to the entire home, including the kitchen, living areas, deck, hot tub, and all bedrooms and bathrooms.



The storage under the house is off limits to guests as well as any locked closets in house.

For any grill on the property we do provide a propane tank. However, we do not fill the tank and it is responsibility to fill the tank if you would like to use these amenities.



We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.



Please note hot tub is 110v. If cover is off it may have a time maintaining temperature above 95 degrees.
