Unit 010 - Seaside Escape - Escape to luxury in this stunning, architecturally designed contemporary gulf-front home in the exclusive gated community of Desoto Landing. Designed by renowned architect Bill Phillips, this breathtaking Gulf-front retreat offers the ultimate dream lifestyle with unparalleled views, high-end finishes, and thoughtful design throughout.
Step inside to a dramatic two-story living space with floor-to-ceiling windows, flooding the home with natural light and showcasing the pristine Gulf of Mexico. The sunken living room, arranged in a unique circular setting, provides an intimate yet open gathering space with unmatched panoramic views. Just off the living room, the dining area and gourmet kitchen await. The spacious primary suite, located on the main floor, is a Gulf-front oasis with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom. Nearby, a half bath and a dedicated office suite provide the perfect space for remote work or quiet relaxation. A thoughtfully designed family suite is also on the main level, accessible through an interior hallway from the kitchen. This suite features a private kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, full sink, and bar area. Inside, you'll find a queen-sized bed, a large seating area with a flat-screen TV, and two sets of full-over-full bunk beds with twin trundles, comfortably sleeping up to twelve guests. The suite includes a private bathroom with a shower and has its own exterior entrance for added convenience.
A charming cubby space under the enclosed glass-block stairwell provides a cozy nook for board games or reading before heading upstairs, where bamboo flooring flows throughout. The second floor features an interior glass-paneled balcony that keeps the space light and open while maintaining spectacular Gulf views. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms awaitâone with a private balcony and the other with access to a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A comfortable seating area on this level provides a perfect spot to lounge while taking in the views.
