The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dining seating for four, and a sitting room with an electric fire, TV and Wifi. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there are communal grounds with lawn and off-road parking available. Within 0.9 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.6 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet welcome. Please note: The property has a coin meter for fuel. There will be enough to get you started upon arrival, but this is not included in the rental.

A visit to the charming harbour town of Brixham is a must, as is a ride on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the countryside to Paignton. Blackpool Sands, winner of a Blue Flag Award, and Slapton Sands, an extremely popular beach not far from Dartmouth, are just two of the many options available to beachgoers in the South Hams area.
