This superb two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is located in the charming character village of Kingswear, set opposite the town of Dartmouth. The property showcases its beautiful views across the River Dart, thanks to its elevated position above the harbour. Kingswear is a pretty village known for its prominent Kingswear Castle, delightful steam train, and proximity to all the amenities available in Dartmouth, which is only a short and scenic ferry ride away!
In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many local events and festivals in the area like the Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show, Brixham Pirate Festival, Devon County Show.
The property itself is comfortable and stylish, with an open-plan kitchen/dining space to welcome you home for a meal after a long day exploring all the area has to offer. The small balcony opens to the living room, ensuring that the room feels beautifully light and spacious. You may retire to the thoughtfully furnished bedrooms to either the Kingsize bedroom or the convenient Zip n Link bedroom (either King Size or 2 Singles as requested) where you can get some much-needed rest for the days ahead, with the Kingsize room benefitting from an en-suite shower room.
