This superbly positioned family retreat offers breathtaking waterside views. Nestled in the heart of Kingswear, renowned for its impressive castle and the famed steam train route to Paignton, you're also close to the ferry point to the charming town of Dartmouth. Brimming with character and historical charm, Dartmouth boasts winding streets lined with a diverse array of restaurants, shops, cafes and pubs, providing ample opportunities for exploration. Opt for a car-free excursion by taking a ferry for day trips to nearby gems like Torquay, Salcombe and Totnes. For a touch of literary history, Agatha Christie's former holiday residence is a mere 5.5-mile drive away, complete with a delightful National Trust Garden to meander through.
In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many events and festivals in the area like the Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show, Teignmouth Air show, Brixham Pirate Festival, Devon County Show.

Despite not having an outdoor space, youâll be within 200 metres of the marina and 0.5 miles of Jubilee Park where you can have a stroll and take the dogs for a walk.
