Bare boned rental. Clean and conveniently located. Renters need to bring all toiletries and basic kitchen necessities.1- We did not mind of the last minute unit exchange (from up to downstairs). The remodeling works went on from morning to late night from Tuesday to Friday (the bulk of our stay). We put up with hack saw noises, banging and stomping to almost 9:30pm. They washed the deck and water came down in sheets on our balcony. They told us that they had to complete the remodeling while the upstairs unit was vacant. In turn we experienced the most inconvenience and did not have positive experience with the rental.2- Water was turned off daily and we had to constantly remind them to turn back on.3- Unit was clean and functional. However it is bare and lack of necessities . Typically, bath soap, conditioner, shampoo in bathrooms are available to guests. For future renters - you need to bring all necessities for bathrooms and kitchen.4- Flap in bathroom did not close and water was running all then time. We contacted host, however we did not receive any call back nor follow up.We were in town for our daughter wedding and did not have time to rebook another place. Our stay was not as pleasant and peaceful as we hoped for.
