We had a great stay at this place. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of them for our crew. Spacious kitchen/ dining table and living room. Loved the porch too. We enjoyed walking to dinner a few times and walked to the pier although it was a good uphill walk on the way back. We would have liked some condiments or cooking help - particularly some olive oil for the pans on the stove. Not a lot of extras that we are used to when staying near the beach like beach towels or chairs. But super quiet & loved the quick drive to a nice beach.

Great rental

Our family stayed here for Spring break and to take in a few days at Disneyland. It was the perfect size and space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The rental was conveniently located within a 5-minute drive to stores, beaches, and restaurants. The property manager was prompt in his responses and very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location, clean place, but bare bones

This is a clean spacious condo in Dana Point. For the most part we enjoyed staying here, but there was very little of the things that would make it feel like a home. Yes, there were sheets and comforters on the bed, but there were no extra linens or blankets. There were extra pillows but no extra pillow cases. It sure would have been nice to sit on the couch or the patio with a blanket in the cool December air if you're looking for a place that is clean and well located, but nothing that makes it feel like a home, this is the place for you. If you want a place that feels like home, which is important to us, then maybe look elsewhere, or hope that the owner reads this review and makes a few minor changes.

Wonderful Family Thanksgiving

This great spot was walking distance to everything and had a big wonderful kitchen that allowed us to have a special and memorable Thanksgiving with our family. Highly recommend.

Super clean and lots of room.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Many beds that were quite comfortable. Easy access to lots of restaurants. The owner was very nice and very responsive. He was quick to clear up any issues
 That were very brief. My only request is we left by 9 AM on checkout day and did not receive the check out list until an hour after we were on the road. I’m very much of a neat freak, so I would have completely finished everything that needed to be done if I would’ve known. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location and amenities

Six adults stayed at this property for three nights. It had just about everything that we needed. It was inconvenient that there was no shampoo or conditioner provided in the showers. It’s a great location within walking distance of the harbor and The Row. The property manager needs to pay more attention to cleaning. The refrigerator was dirty, floors were not properly cleaned and the light fixture over our bed was filled with dust. Overall, we would stay there again, but would require a better clean first.

Great place. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, everything needed for home away from home.

Televisions in at least one of the bedrooms would have been nice. Television in living room provided along with another in dining room. Made no sense having two TVs so close together since you couldn’t watch one without hearing the other.

Very nice

Was not what we were expecting but was very nice. The pictures I saw when I selected was not this place. There were 17 steep cement stairs to the front door and the lights at night didn’t come on til half way up. For a larger group the bedrooms had plenty of beds, but no room to move around in. The kitchen and dining area were very open and roomy living room was very nice also. Bathrooms were a little hard the shower in one was so small one could not get into it the other was bigger. Had a nice patio outside.

Lovely Place with a Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Dana Point itself is a beautiful, pretty calm town, and the neighborhood this place is in reflects that. It is a short walk down a big hill to Doheny Beach, and we enjoyed our runs in the morning -- which included climbing up and down a set of 100+ stairs near the beach, which many other people were doing. The house itself is quite big and accommodated 7 of us (4 adults, 3 kids) easily. There is a nice outside deck to relax on too. All in all a great place to stay, and an excellent value. Our one and only tiny suggestion: It would be nice to have a standard coffee pot to go along with the Keurig coffee maker. Thanks!
