Casa Vista (The Travertine) a été redessiné avec les meilleures finitions pour assurer votre confort.

Casa Vista est une maison 5 étoiles à Dana Point Headlands avec le patio et le salon face à l'océan avec une vue côtière fabuleuse.
Le grand patio mène à la grande salle avec une cuisine ouverte et une salle à manger. Casa Vista a deux salles de bain complètes et une laveuse et une sécheuse à l'intérieur de la maison. Il est situé au rez-de-chaussée et dispose d'un garage. Cela rend particulièrement facile d'entrer dans l'unité si vous transportez des valises ou des sacs à provisions. Il n'y a pas d'escalier. L'unité est accessible aux personnes handicapées et est entièrement meublée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin.

Il y a un grand patio donnant sur l'océan qui est un endroit idéal pour faire un barbecue et dîner un soir d'été.

L'unité surplombe la plage de Strands - à seulement 1/4 mile au sud du célèbre hôtel Ritz Carlton et de Salt Creek Beach Park, et est située à côté du chemin de la plage au sommet du bluff. C'est très calme, paisible et sûr. C'est vraiment l'un des endroits les plus inoubliables que vous trouverez. Jill is a terrific host and you simply cannot beat the view from this condo overlooking the ocean right in front of you. This was our second time to book here rather than stay at the Ritz where my business meeting was held, and I wouldn't trade our time here for the Ritz! Magical place!

Amazing location, great host

Jill was an excellent host from the moment we booked and throughout our entire stay. She made us feel very welcome, checking in occasionally to see if we needed anything. Her dining recommendations were spot-on. The house itself was fantastic, located in a great area with an incredible view. We’d definitely love to return if we’re ever back in the area.

Ocean views for days

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jill's property. Overlooking the ocean was amazing. Jill is so attentive to whatever you need. She gave us tons of recommendations on what to see and do during our stay. I would definitely stay again.

Spectacular views

I fell in love w Dana Point while staying at Jill’s property. I could sit in the kitchen and see nothing but ocean. Sunsets are incredible. Beach is close by. Jill was lovely to rent from. Close to everything and walking the beach neighborhood is a wonderful way to spend the day

Dana Point Gem

We really enjoyed our week at the condo. The view is fantastic and the weather was excellent. The beach below the condo is great and you can see whales spouting from the deck once you know what to look for. Would definitely go back- clean and easy access to pacific coast highway. Short drives to Laguna and HUntington beaches as well as Newport.

Peace and Dolphins

We loved Jills home and environment. Beautiful views and singing birds. Close to everything. We really loved our dolphin trip with Captain Dave. We saw hundreds of dolphins. Great food and views at Raya Restaurant at the Ritz Carlton and the Wind and Sea. We want to live in Dana Point now.

Beautiful view, walked down 636 steps and along beach everyday, walking up was slower. Nature walk within 1/4 block. Restaurants wonderful, within walking distance, no more than a mile driving. Very quiet, host was available and very helpful. Perfect!

Wonderful Views

Our family stayed here over spring break and had a wonderful time. It is located in a nice quiet area. The views are beautiful (especially the sunset) and the walk to the beach was well worth it. We woke every morning to the sound of the ocean and ran the beach before breakfast. The unit slept our family of five comfortably. (Three kids ages 14,12,and 9) Would definitely recommend.

An amazing get away!

This property is the best location, in my opinion. We decided to skip the rental car and there were no lack of places to visit by foot or trolley. The view is absolutely breathtaking and being up higher set the tone for feeling more secluded. This was definitely a great vacation to both recharge and explore! The host was very friendly and welcoming. A+ :)

Excellent time at this lovely condo

My husband and I recently stayed at this condo for a week. It was in a wonderful location and had the most amazing ocean views. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunsets. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. Jill is an excellent host and is very responsive. I would highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience staying at Jill's place. Communication was great from start to finish. The home is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The biggest positive is the incredible location overlooking the Pacific with incredible whitewater and coastal views. If you enjoy surfing, beach hikes, or just hanging out on an amazing deck, this is the spot!

Beautiful seaside escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Dana Point and this property truly delivered. The view was spectacular and home was as described. Jill was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to respect our privacy and deliver a quality place to stay. Due to an initial mix-up to which unit was available during our available time, she made an accommodation to share her parking space to make it easy for our two cars - truly a great host. The location in Dana Point is central to everything and the walking access to Strands Beach and the Conservation area was a bonus. Would highly recommend and would stay there again!

Stunning ocean view

This property was literally on an ocean cliff with unobstructed views of seashore bluffs and sunset views. The view was stunning. The property had a nice oceanside deck. The condo was well equipped and quiet. It was very close to the entrance of a protected land reserve, with walking paths. Jill always answered our questions. Would highly recommend!

Small accommodations with an amazing view.

Lots of rules about parking your car. Garage was really small and not convenient for parking. I did not feel that it was a dog friendly place, although was advertised as. I was always walking on egg shells with the owner. Barbecue was not working correctly and had issues off and on with the WiFi.

Great View and Location!

Throughly enjoyed our stay at Jill's ocean view condo. From the deck we could see beautiful water and beach views, and at night there was a city light view. The kitchen was great for cooking dinner, well stocked and great light. If you don't want to cook there are many good restaurants less than 5 minutes away. We also enjoyed the walking paths practically right outside the door. The condo was clean with very comfortable beds (and I am picky.). The shower had good water pressure and bathrooms had plenty of towels,shampoo, etc . The decor was nice with great art work. We can't wait for our next visit!

What a view, literally a $20 million views!

We were able to prepare a full Christmas dinner. Well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Trails immediately out the front door. The beach directly below via a nice trail and steps system. Chalking distance to bars and restaurants. I would doubt any other property in this price range would have such a view. Garage but don’t bring a giant SUV like we did. Easy on street parking if so even though we could fit in driveway. Secure!

Location, Location, Relaxation

Wonderful stay, view and experience right on the ocean. In a period of a lot of uncertainty, this was an excellent place to stay for six weeks. The owner, Jill, was very communicative and helpful. She gave us some guidance about local establishments food quality and outdoor seating, which we were very interested in during a surge in the pandemic. The location was perfect for daytime and nighttime walks on the beach. The beach didn’t have much of a boardwalk, but the terrain, especially at lower tide times made for some wonderful walks. The nearby area of Dana Point, San Clemente and Laguna Niguel had everything one needs from groceries, to fine eateries/bakeries, and places to shop. Property is very high on our list for a return visit. Would highly recommend.

Colorado couple with furry dog enjoy escaping winter by fleeing to souther California

Watch the ocean, walk the beach, cook or dine, read, golf, relax, walk the dog. Repeat as needed, so we did. Property was a dream come true, especially selecting from the more limited list that accepts dogs along with people, with a stunning view of the beach and the ocean, including playful dolphins and even a peek at a whale. As our first VRBO trip, we were concerned about how it all works, and it was great. The listing and photos were accurate as to the location, the property, and the area. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the owner was available and helpful via email in the days leading up to and during the trip. We would definitely recommend this property and area. Dana Point is also rich in beautiful and well kept parks, and the restaurants we tried were excellent as well, especially Casanova and Luciana's for Italian, Stacks for breakfast, and Beach Cities pizza. It is entirely likely we will be back.
