The home has six large bedrooms with two bathrooms, one with laundry combined. A fully equipped kitchen and fantastic ocean views.

The cycle path is close by which links Dalmeny, to Kianga and Narooma, closely following the coastline and offering magnificent views.

Dine alfresco or enjoy a BBQ on the large front entertainer's deck. Single carport with an abundance of additional parking at the front of the house - bring your boat!

Grab a towel and board - only a short stroll to Josh's Beach or surrounding beach areas.
