Welcome to Harmony House with newly added firepit!

This beautiful home on 1 acre is called Harmony House. Here it's time to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will find "comfort unimagined." Everything from the temperature of the house to the mattresses you lay on. You are in close proximity of grocery stores and if you wish to cook your own food we have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make that special dish. This home has been newly renovated for your pleasure.
Enjoy your stay and take time to play.
The space
The house is yours while during your stay. There is a master on the main (Queen.) along with your own bathroom deluxe. In the living area is a half bath for your guests. Upstairs is a King size bed in the bonus room and in another bedroom is a full. There is a complete/full bathroom located upstairs as well. A designated quiet library with a couch for reading and s desk for work or just private time for yourself. You’ll love the accommodations.

You will be given a code to enter in the main door.
Other things to note
No pets at all & no smoking inside the house. I do have a couple of of outdoor seated areas for smoking. Bagged garbage can be disposed of in the garage garbage can provided. Washer and dryer are located in the garage.

The home was nicely furnished and clean, but unfortunately it didn’t function well for our stay. The floors were extremely squeaky, which made it difficult to move around early in the morning without disturbing others.The master bedroom is on the first floor, but the only king bed is located upstairs in a large bedroom that is not a true primary suite and shares a bathroom with two other bedrooms.Additionally, the TV did not work in the upstairs bedroom (the remote appeared to be malfunctioning), so we had to watch TV in another room and then move rooms to sleep. Overall, while the house is well furnished, the layout but the functionality didn’t meet our needs, and we would not choose to stay here again.

We stayed here while visiting family who live in the area. This was one of the more reasonably priced options available, and that made sense once we arrived.The home itself was overall fine—clean, comfortable, and functional—but it is starting to look a bit tired. Nothing problematic, just not especially updated.The biggest drawback was the road noise. There are rumble strips on the road in front of the house to alert drivers to a nearby stop sign, and the sound was very noticeable from every room. Traffic seemed fairly constant, so the noise was ongoing. I had earplugs, which helped, but others in our group did not and found it disruptive, especially at night.Communication with the owner was good. Check-in was easy, and there were plenty of linens, blankets, and towels provided.Overall, an acceptable stay if you’re prioritizing location and price, but light sleepers should be aware of the road noise.

The home was as advertised. Very cute and homey. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed for cooking, making snacks or coffee. The firepit looked great and I wished we could have used it during our stay but we didn't spend a lot of time there as we were visiting family and would leave late morning and not get back until late evening and just didn't have time. The Host left notes all over the house for informational purposes which we appreciated. There were a few things we had to do before checking out but it wasn't a laundry list of "to dos" like many other rentals so that was a bonus. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Served our needs. Home has a damp/musty at the entry. Could use a floor lamp in the main room with the TV. The house is located on a very busy street and has three sets of rumble strips on the road that are right in front of the house. We heard that sound all day and night, which made it hard to get a good nights sleep.

Way to End A Vacation!!!!

"Harmony House" is the name of this home, and the title tells it all. JudithAnn is such a pleasure to speak to, and she was so attentive to our every need. I must brag about her going above and beyond but won't go into detail because I would like to go away with this experience a little selfishly; thinking it was only us she's taken care of this way!!!Little Details Amounted To Complete Enjoyment:1) Spices and cooking needs were plentiful2) All the equipment to cook up a large feast was labeled and in place3) Family & dining area perfectly located making it quite the comfortable and welcoming gathering experience4) Guest restrooms perfectly located as well...yes, it matters!5) Lots of pillows, linen, extra essentials, etc.This was the last of three properties over the stretch of 12 days and to be honest, it was hard to leave...Thank you, JudithAnn!!!!!!!

Harmony house

great place on a budget

the location and price are great at harmony house! we loved the space to spread us and our babies out. no one was waking up anyone else. there's plenty of seating in the common areas, and the fire pit is a great touch. there's also an entire game cabinet, which is great for fams with bigger kids. it is definitely a budget rental—meaning expect 1-ply toilet paper and paper towels and limited amounts of trash bags and laundry detergent. luckily we had packed some of our own detergent, but we had to get creative to make three trash bags work for our 4-day stay for two adults and two kids in diapers. overall we really liked it and would stay again.
