The space
Master Suite: This spacious master bedroom features a king size bed complimented next to a bay window. Sitting area for reading. Toddler bed available inside closet. Sleeps up to 2.
Bedroom 2: A secondary bedroom also located on the far side of the house with two full size beds. Sleeps up to 4.
Bedroom 3: A secondary bedroom located on the far side of the house with a king size bed. Sleeps up to 2.
Bedroom 4: A secondary bedroom located in the front of the house with a king size bed and large windows. Sleeps up to 2.
Bedroom 5: A cozy bedroom located in the middle of the house with a full size bed, a twin bunk, and twin trundle. Sleeps up to 4.
Private Office: A private office space is equipped with an adjustable height executive desk, fit for those private meetings or virtual team events. Supplied with a ready adaptable printer/scanner/copier and monitor. Perfect for those traveling on long work trips or incorporating a work and family trip.

Guest has full access to the property except for garage and supply closets.

Guests have access to entire place except for locked closets.
During your stay with us, please make sure all doors are shut and locked when not in use. Please do not leave any valuables in your vehicle.
Check in is at 3 pm / Check out is at 11 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, please inquire about an early check in/late check out. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that an early check in or late check out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 3 pm.
Guests who stay 2 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee.
Regarding the house:
Max occupancy is 12 people. Occupancy can NOT exceed this number of people in the house. In total, there are 3 king beds, 2 full beds, a bunk bed, and a Trundle. There is a toddler bed available in the master closet. Towels & linen are provided for your guest count. Travel sized toiletries, iron, and ironing board are provided. A Keurig coffee maker, complimentary coffee/tea/hot cocoa, and basic kitchenware is also provided.
Once booked, we will send you info about the property and the check in process. You will receive your code for entry one day before or on your day of arrival. This code will activate on your check-in day at 3 pm and deactivate at 11 am the day you check out. A $300 fine for late checkout.
For security and to maintain the integrity of the property and neighborhood, we have installed cameras on the outside of the house only.
POOL ACCESS:
For community pool access, please contact the host for key prior to arriving.
Please be sure to leave pool back inside the basket in the hallway before checkout. There will be a $100 fee for missing pool key.

PARKING:
There are up to 4 parking spaces on the driveway. No parking in the streets at any time. Violation of this will result in city fines. Please do not block sidewalk at anytime.
DISCLAIMER:
Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay. We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go. We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home. If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine. No drug use on the property at any time. Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which include this disclaimer.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isnât a â'holding areaâ in our home that wouldnât interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean.
The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.
