clean, cool and comfortable stay

There was 5 of us for a girl's weekend. the place was spacious, clean and comfortable. the pool was awesome. pool floaties were provided and worked great. Kitchen was new and clean and was stocked with everything we needed! beds were very clean and bedding was perfect. lots of areas to enjoy! contacted the host a couple times and they were quick to reply with easy answers! Definitely would recomend!!

Smart home - Fun & Relaxing

This home is absolutely beautiful! It is located in a quiet, comfortable neighborhood and is so very inviting! Outdoor lighting, nice privacy fence, beautiful flooring and lighting throughout the home, and a wonderful backyard for relaxing. We were able to bring our sweet husky and she loved it all as well - especially the back yard! The furniture is very comfortable, TVs are huge, updated large kitchen stocked with everything you need - appliances look new, laundry room stocked with detergent, and a sweet welcome basket upon arrival. There is a shuffleboard, ping pong table, & foosball - which my family thoroughly enjoyed. Bathrooms are large, clean, & inviting - the master bath is amazing! Beds were comfy and extra pillows & blankets were available. The backyard has seating, a grill, a large TV, small fire pit, pool, and cozy hot tub - this was our favorite spot in the evenings. My family and I celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary and early Christmas at this house - and there was even a Christmas tree up and ready to go - loved it! If we are in the area again, this is the home we would choose - comfortable, modern home with lots of extras. Location was great and our host was awesome as well.

Great property!!

I highly recommend this property. I stay at VRBO and other short term rental properties all the time, but this was my favorite. Great backyard with a pool and gas grill (just needs a spatula, which is literally my only complaint for my entire stay). Lights and A/C were already on upon arrival (we arrived in the evening). That was a nice touch. Also, welcome gift basket upon arrival that included a nice bottle of wine. Large streaming televisions on the covered patio, primary bedroom, 2nd bedroom and family room. All professionally mounted on the wall. I was able to use all of my streaming apps on the TV’s. The owners pay attention to every detail. Kurig coffee maker with plenty of K-cups, sweeteners and cream all provided. Bottled water and flavored carbonated water (my family loves these) already in the fridge upon arrival. But the best part was the property was very clean. The owners included a professional looking booklet that included their other properties that I would definitely check out in the future, as well as everything you would ever need to know when staying there. I’m actually not easy to please and am usually disappointed. I notice the little details because I believe the details matter. It was nice to stay at a property that actually exceeded my expectations. I will be back.
