The cute flat built in the 1920s is perfectly situated in a within the charming M-Streets. Travel back in time and expect vintage charm with some quirks like original floors and original fixtures. Conveniently located within walking distance of Dallas favorite local hotspots in the Lower Greenville Ave. Only a 10 minute drive to Downtown Dallas and the SMU campus. Plus, as a special thank-you, we include admission to the award-winning Dallas Arboretum.

This is a first floor apartment, you may hear the upstairs neighbors and exterior noise, we offer sound machines and ear plugs upon request. If you need these items please request between 8am-5pm.

I arrived Wednesday evening around 6:30p. The complex was dirty & smelled bad. The area was NOT well lit and the door to the actual unit did not lock well. As a middle-aged single woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe. So much so that I booked a local hotel and moved that evening! When I tried (repeatedly) to show pictures of the environment to the host, they ignored my request to obtain a valid email to send the photos to along with proof of different accommodations for the duration of my stay in Dallas. They also apparently have false advertising about the free tickets to the Dallas Arboretum b/c I requested those well in advance & was given the run around. I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. Slum Lord rental!

Full of charm and in a great location! This was a perfect place to stay while visiting my college son. The size was just right and very comfortable living space. Some things to know when booking- the kitchen is very lightly stocked . We cooked for 2 one night and it was a bit challenging. Secondly, I was accidentally locked out of the exterior of the building late at night and there was no way to call the property manager, only email via the app. I was able to get back in after an hour once I realized the code for the exterior door was listed in a different place than the Access code for the unit. It would be helpful to have an emergency number for situations like this. Overall great stay and the host was very gracious to allow me late check out after my flight moved. Cute place!

It is an older property, but nice. If you want to utilize the free arboretum tickets, let her know 4 days in advance. I saw nothing about this from the owner or on VRBO until we tried to get these the day we were in Dallas.

Very close to a 5. Week cell service. TV wouldn't come on and can't see how you could fit 3 vehicles in front lot. Overall, i would recommend

Clean, minimal, adequate

Responsiveness was excellent! This small space has no bells and whistles. I'm glad I'd seen other reviews to know to bring a small space heater. Location was excellent for where we needed to go while in Dallas and the neighborhood is nice, and felt safe- playground right down the street.

Location is the best

We loved the location, ease of parking, and the overall apartment. We were in the center of it all without the hustle and bussel of being in a downtown location. Great restaurants just around the corner and bars. Parking was the best and the main reason I chose this place. Did not want to worry about it, parking was on property and safe. Will stay again.

Not what we were expecting

This unit is in an apartment within a house with several other apartments, so the pictures are a little deceiving. The outside look of the house made us hesitant when we pulled up and was surrounded by construction, and after going inside and looking around, we decided it’d be safer to get a hotel. The sleeper sofa had a large stain and the unit in general didn’t look as nice as the listing. Would probably be an okay option in a pinch, but we ended up leaving without even bringing our bags in!

Good for a cheap overnight

Chose this space for one night after a concert. Was clean and neat but the one heater was in the front room and the kitchen/bath/bedroom beyond were very cold (Feb). Had to bring in blankets. Towels paper thin. Was good for a cheap night but don’t expect cozy.
