Welcome to our 1960s urban flat. Conveniently located just outside of Downtown Dallas, you're only minutes from the lively scenes of Lower Greenville and Deep Ellum. Expect original foundation and layout. As a special thank-you, your stay includes complimentary admission to the award-winning Dallas Arboretum.

Looking forward to welcoming everyone to the Global Cup — the world’s biggest soccer tournament!

This is a first floor apartment, you may hear the upstairs neighbors and exterior noise, we offer sound machines and ear plugs upon request. If you need these items please request between 8am-5pm.

Good Price and Location

Enjoyed our stay here for 2 days while i had eye surgery. Had a hiccup with toilet not flushing but we figured it out. Apt very clean and just as pictures. Sparse kitchen supplies. No.coffee filters, no tea, no sugar of any kind. Overall, i would stay there again. Good price! And close to all medical facilities.

“The Price is Right but
UPGRADES Needed”

We came into Dallas for a sorority convention 7/5-11/2024. The unit was exactly as presented in photos. Neighborhood is “sketchy.” The Lyft drivers say the neighborhood is being “regentrified.” Anyway
 - DIFFICULT to operate the TV. Using QR Code to download ROKU. Not good. The toilet-you must juggle the handle after flushing or it won’t flush. Water pressure in the bathroom sink, was EXTREMELY POOR. The unit is old but I must say, it was clean and I did feel safe! The kitchen utensils were old and seemed to be just thrown in a drawer with no drawer liner or utensil holder. The kitchen needs painting inside the cabinet where the garbage can is. The artificial flowers in a vase in the corner of the living room needs to be cleaned-extremely dusty and the “stems of grass” in the vase need to be dusted. Just “pay attention to details.” Details REALLY matter.

Great for the Price & close to Everything

We had a great stay. The location is great. Close to everything but still just far enough out of downtown for a slightly slower pace. The property itself is a bit dated but they’ve done a great job of sprucing it up. You really cannot beat the price. Which was a huge draw for us when we needed to book a last minute spot for cheap. It has all the basic essentials and the water gets hot and stays hot. It is nice that you get an off road parking spot but people are not kidding when they say the parking lot entrance is rough.it was a struggle to get my little low car in there
 but in their defense that side of town all the roads are pretty terrible
 all in all it got the job done for us and you really couldn’t beat the price tag.

Stay somewhere else. It was very unclean with visible grime on fabrics. Stains on rugs. Floor is warped and is showing subfloor underneath. Pictures are not accurate at all. NO WIFI

Perfect for a quick visit to Dallas

This property was perfect for our quick trip to Dallas. The hosts were very responsive to any of our concerns. The bed as noted in some other reviews is smaller than a queen but worked out well for us. We were 5 mins from my sons and didn't have a car but it was easy for him to swing by and get us. We did use a Lyft to return to the airport so if you didn't have a car, I think you could easily use Lyft or Uber to get around Dallas. We didn't get a chance to explore the neighborhood but enjoyed watching the kids walking to the school down the street while we were waiting to get picked up.

Great place near downtown for a reasonable price. The only downside was that it really is made for 2 people and we had 3 in our group. The sofa sleeper is too small for a normal sized person. But overall a great experience!

Perfect little "home base"

Traveled with two girlfriends to check out Dallas and the surrounding area. The Munger Property was perfect for us. We all fit comfortably and enjoyed the kitchen space and little pool area. In our budget and allowed us to be in driving distance to downtown Dallas, and Fort Worth. Super fun trip. Thanks Munger!!

Beautiful and a great location in Dallas!

I rented this property in Dallas as a gift to my Godson and his fiance. He was in Dallas staying with his Mom (my best friend) before going back to Depaul University in Chicago. His fiance came to meet his mom and I booked this lovely apartment for them for a weekend while she was visiting. They LOVED IT! It was comfortable and very clean and everything they wanted/needed. They had plenty of room and also enjoyed the location. The host, Vera Elkins, was accommodating and prompt in responding to questions. Excellent all around! I highly recommend this VRBO if you want to visit Dallas, Texas!

Great experience!

We picked this property last minute for our Nana to have heart surgery down the road. We are from out of town and this property felt like we were right at home. The bed was cozy and so was the atmosphere of the apartment. Definitely would recommend this stay.
