Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (indoors and outdoors). A $500 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.

- Maximum Occupancy: 7 Guests
For safety and insurance reasons, the total number of guests may not exceed 7 at any time.

Pets must be disclosed in advance. An undisclosed pet will result in a $300 fee.
