Located just 2 miles from AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field, 1.5 miles from UTA, and 4.5 miles from Six Flags, this home is perfect for sports fans, concert-goers, families, and friends looking for a North Texas getaway.

The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and a detached game room. Enjoy a spacious outdoor entertainment area with a hot tub, grill, picnic tables, and fire pit—ideal for relaxing and gathering after a day out.

For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are installed overlooking the driveway, parking area, and courtyard between the main house and game room. Please note that the hot tub is within the coverage area of one of the cameras. Cameras are used solely for security purposes.

Optional Add-On: An additional 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment located above the garage/game room can be added to any booking for larger parties or those seeking more space. The apartment includes a queen bedroom with luxury linens, full bathroom with walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. If you are looking for a group outing, this may be good enough for you, but if you are celebrating a 30th anniversary looking for a romantic get away, keep searching. Upon arrival we had trouble with the front door keypad, (at least one other review had a front door complaint as well). Tried to contact the owner through message app and over phone. Was not responded to until the next morning after we had already gotten in. The response was “I see you got in” because there is a camera recording you outside including while in the hot-tub. The rooms were nice size with large TVs, but living room seating was very uncomfortable. The bathrooms are nice sized but need shower doors. The cheap shower curtain kept blowing in and the floor was soaked until I lowered the shower rod. We woke up to find a new dead cockroach on 4 of 6 mornings. (I guess it was a plus that they were dead). The location is not in the best area and at a very noisy intersection with a steep incline and sharp turn to get into the driveway. Don’t bring a vehicle with low clearance. We primarily picked this listing because of the outdoor patio picture. Since that picture was taken a quarter of the string lights are burned out, one of the outdoor chairs was broken, the fire pit needs service as it was very difficult to light and I had to use a cheap broom from the closet to try and sweep up all the pine needles (and a shard of glass) to get to the hot tub where as I mentioned, you are on camera at all times.

Game room was separate from house and bedrooms (unattached garage conversion). This was actually a nice setup as people could be in game room while others chose to sleep. Nice pool table for an Airbnb. Nice outside fire pit. Hot tub clean. House clean and well stocked for cooking, etc. A/Cs worked well. Would recommend or use again if needed.

Clean, nice, as described

We stayed here during a business conference, and the house and amenities were clean and nice. Beds and pillows very comfortable. We did end up adding on the apartment above the garage which was a nice amount of extra space! Back yard was private and nice with hot tub very large. Would book again!

Had Family traveling for a funeral. The place was clean and had plenty of room for us. Loved the outdoor areas. Was a great place to tell stories.Would definitely stay there again if we come to the area.

This place has all the amenities that you are looking for plus more. We have stayed here 2x and the next time we need to go back to Arlington / Ft. Worth we will absolutely be checking in again. The best place to stay in the area - bar none.

Great location

Property was just as described, everything worked perfectly. Kitchen was stocked perfectly. just minuets away from SixFlags. The beds were super comfy after a long day of walking. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location and a house with nice amenities!

We came to Arlington for a cowboys game and couldn't be happier with the location of the house. The hosts were incredible with responding to questions and helping resolve internet issues. The game room is great place to hang out and do what you want and not have to worry about bothering someone. The only negative thing would be that the cleaners need to do a little better job, but besides that, great place!

Dallas Cowboy Weekend!

Stayed with my wife and two adult children and their significant others. Had a great time. Property was exactly as described with lots of fun amenities. Pool table, fire pit, picnic tables. Host could not have been nicer. Very convenient for the game. We walked home from ATT stadium!
