This single family cornered lot home is very spacious and inviting upon entering the house. It has an open floor plan with splits bedrooms layout for great privacy. It has a formal dining room that can seat up to 8 people, kitchen with a breakfast room than can fit up to 6 people. The living room has a large sofa set with an ottoman that can be pulled in to make it a sleeper. Across from the living room, is the game room with a pool table for some entertainment and a Bluetooth speaker that can be connected to any smart devices. Walking out of the game room will be the patio area with lounging area and a firepit table that uses propane (guest will have to refill the propane themselves if it's out). The swimming pool can be heated for off season (heating is an extra $150/night with minimum 2 nights). The house have four bedrooms and the 5th bedroom is a converted garage with HVAC installed.
