The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



Welcome to your home away from home! As you pull up to your beautiful bungalow rental, you’ll have access to ample parking out front. When you head inside, you can expect a home that is fresh, clean, and modern, with vibrant pops of color courtesy of the beautiful décor and furnishings. And don’t worry, you’ll have access to high-speed WiFi throughout the home; we know how important it is to stay connected! Fully loaded with everything you might need for the perfect stay, you’ll be able to relax and truly enjoy yourself!



The cozy living room invites you to sink into the comfy couches to relax by the fireplace and watch some TV. With an attached dining area, there’s plenty of room for the whole group to gather together and make some amazing memories. The kitchen is very spacious and features a small eating area with barstools. With appliances, silverware, cookware, and more, you’ll find it fully equipped and ready for you to cook up some fresh, delicious meals. Just off the kitchen is your very own laundry room outfitted with a washer/dryer, vacuum, and cleaning products.



We hope you didn’t leave anyone behind because you’ll have more than enough rooms here for a large group. The bedrooms all feature cozy bedding and linens, allowing for a good night’s rest after a fun-filled day.



Let’s not forget about that gem of a backyard! The large outdoor space is surrounded by trees, allowing for privacy and promoting a relaxing atmosphere. There is lots of grass perfect for younger kids to run around and play on. You’ll also have a large patio area to gather and enjoy meals outdoors, as well as a beautiful deck that’s perfect for lounging and soaking up some rays. And if you get too hot, just jump into the huge 24 ft above ground pool to cool yourself down!

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Available: need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability. These upgrades may include a small additional fee. If you're interested, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

The Neighborhood:

Your home away from home is located in the Plymouth Park neighborhood of one of the most diverse cities in the U.S., Irving, Texas. You’ll be conveniently located just 10 minutes from DFW Airport, 17 minutes to downtown Dallas, and about 30 to downtown Fort Worth.



In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Irving has plenty to see and do itself. You’ll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Jaycee Park features a pond and a creek and is just a few minutes away! Beautiful Irving lake is also just 12 minutes away. For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 20 minutes away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 15 minutes away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, home to the Dallas Cowboys, as well as the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 20 minutes away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!



You’ll also be 12 minutes to Irving Convention Center, as well as our very own entertainment hub, The Toyota Music Factory. The soul of the entire DFW Metroplex, it features an open-air pavilion for live music, along with a movie theater, restaurants, and bars. In this same area, you’ll also find Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canal walk, a peaceful and charming section of Las Colinas. It’s the perfect gathering spot for those wanting to take a break from all the sight-seeing! And while you’re here, be sure not to miss the Mustangs of Las Colinas bronze sculpture and museum.



Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.







★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★



We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.







★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.







★ TOWELS NOTE ★



Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
