Guests will be provided coordinates to the lock box that will provide access keys to the building and unit.

Other Things to Note

To ensure every guest enjoys a five-star experience, please review the following before booking:

‱ No parties, events, or unregistered visitors* are permitted at any time. Violations may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.

‱ Quiet hours* are from *10:00 PM–8:00 AM* in accordance with building policies.

‱ No smoking or vaping* inside the apartment or on the balcony. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum *$300 remediation fee.*

‱ Please keep food, beverages, and makeup off the bed and upholstered furniture to help us maintain the quality of our linens and furnishings. Additional cleaning or replacement fees may apply for permanent stains or damage.

‱ Please report any maintenance concerns, accidental damage, or cleanliness issues immediately upon arrival. Prompt communication allows us the opportunity to resolve concerns during your stay.

‱ Please do not rearrange furniture or remove dĂ©cor from the unit.

‱ Only registered guests are permitted to access the property. An additional guest fee applies after two guests.

‱ Guests are responsible for any excessive cleaning, missing items, damages beyond normal wear and tear, or violations of house rules. Applicable fees will be charged through Airbnb in accordance with their policies.

No parties, events, gatherings, or commercial activities are permitted. $300 fine

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors must be approved in advance.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and the community.

No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are permitted inside the unit or on the balcony. A minimum $300 remediation fee will apply.

No food, beverages, or makeup on the beds or upholstered furniture. Stained linens and furnishings may result in replacement fees.

Please remove shoes if they are excessively dirty to help preserve the flooring and rugs.

Do not move furniture or décor without prior approval.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or internet equipment.

Lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the property.

Please turn off lights, televisions, and small appliances when leaving for extended periods.

Lost or unreturned keys, fobs, garage remotes, or parking passes will incur replacement fees.

Do not flush wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, or other non-flushable items down the toilet.

Please dispose of trash in the designated trash room or disposal area before checkout.

Excessive trash left throughout the unit may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Any excessive cleaning required beyond a standard turnover will be billed through Airbnb.

Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay, including damage caused by visitors or children.

Report any maintenance issues, accidental damage, or concerns immediately so we have the opportunity to resolve them during your stay.

Furniture, artwork, décor, towels, linens, kitchen items, and other amenities are intended to remain inside the property.

Follow all building amenities and pool rules. Management may revoke amenity access for rule violations.

Tampering with Wi-Fi equipment or unplugging internet devices may result in service interruptions and applicable service fees.

Check-out time must be observed unless a late checkout has been approved in writing. Unauthorized late departures may incur additional charges.

Please double-check for personal belongings before departure. While we`ll do our best to assist with lost items, we cannot guarantee recovery or shipping.
