SECURITY: Please note that there is a live and recording ring front door camera as well as a backyard ring camera facing only the carport for security and safety reasons for both the property owner and guests. Tampering with camera and wifi will result in immediate removal from property with no refund.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM → Early check-in is possible if pre-arranged and depending on circumstances. Please do not check-in earlier without approval- your door code is not active until 4:00 PM.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM → Late check-out is possible if pre-arranged. Please be considerate of the housekeeper’s time- late check-out fees may apply if late check-out is not prearranged and housekeeper has to wait for you.

Cleaning during stays for an extra charge is available upon availability. Price depends on condition of home and type of cleaning desired. House must be empty while housekeeper cleans.

Dropping off luggage due to early arrival or late departure is available but must be pre-arranged.

SMARTtvs have Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. as listed in amenities, however, they require personal credentials; credentials are not provided.
