Charming home in a peaceful neighborhood and cul-de-sac near White Rock Lake! Enjoy your home away from home with our personal touches and outdoor living space! Outdoor deck has tons of extras including Sonos, and Smart TV!

Our cozy home has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, extra towels and linens, ultra fast Wifi, Nintendo Switch and desk space.

Perfect for couples, families, and individuals for any occasion!

This is our family home, please take care of our home and treat it like you would treat your own home, thank you! Specific details on main areas are below:

- Hand sanitizer and wipes will be available.
- Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, wine glasses and more!
- Keurig Coffee Maker
- Smart TV’s in living, patio and 2 bedrooms with access to AT&T TV for local channels, Netflix, and Disney +.
- Nintendo Switch w/ pre-loaded games
- Portable BBQ Grill with charcoal
- Game night board games
- Super high speed Internet is available throughout home via WIFI.
- 2 car garage parking is available along with driveway parking.
- On site washer and dryer in garage.
- Bunk bed has a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin size on the top.
- Pack n play is available for children under 3.
- Pets welcome, under 50 lbs, $115 fee per pet, the first pet is automatically charged if you select Pets, if you have more than 1, we will add the additional fee to your total. If your pet is larger than 50 lbs, please contact me for additional pricing which could be up to $150 per pet depending on size.
- If early check in or late check out is approved, the fee is $75.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa hermosa! it was in a perfect location for all of our activities. And the out door space was the best for us to eat outdoors when the weather was a little warmer during our stay. We will definitely be back at some point

This home was cozy and had most amenities listed. The house has hardwood floors which amplify any sound. It's very noisy to even walk around. Bring slippers! A few updates could really help: ensure snacks are not expired, offer variety that isn't store brand, add more utensils in the kitchen such as tongs and a large frying pan, provide directions on house to use the Alexa, ensure the remote controls are with the proper TV, offer more blankets than two throws, replace the outside furniture cushions which are worn out. Treat it like a vacation home.

We appreciated having a home all our own and that it was pet friendly. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The back deck was top notch, although the cold weather did inhibit our time spent outside. The living room couch was wonky and dirty. Upon sitting down, we felt loose springs. And looking at it, there was a large stain visible. Because of the condition of the couch, we had little opportunity for family time except for while laying in bed. Also, the labeled remotes didnt work for the locations they were designated for. Only the volume worked on one, and we had to use the other for channel changes, and it would regularly disconnect and kick us off altogether. Salt and pepper wouldve been nice too. The kids definitely enjoyed the nintendo switch and the swing outfront. My greatest reason for leaving a three star review is the price we paid compared to the stay we had. We were visiting from Kansas City. After making that drive, it was a real bummer to not be able to get cozy on the couch together.

Family Stay

We were in town for a five day stay for a volleyball tournament downtown and the house was exactly what we needed. Perfect for our family of 4 small dog. The house was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood and had a wonderful outdoor space for the dog. The outdoor deck is absolutely beautiful with a huge ceiling fan and a TV. There is a TV in two of the bedrooms, which we really appreciated.

This was our favorite VRBO in Dallas. It was in a great neighborhood and close to so many great things Dallas offers. It was clean when we arrived and perfect for visiting with a great flow between rooms and open kitchen. The deck was a really great feature and perfect for playing outside with our puppy away from the rain. I really appreciated the framed instructions in the rooms that explained the rules and any quirks the house had.

Great house in a great location

The house overall was great for what we needed, multiple rooms for our kids to sleep to rest from the days adventures in Dallas, minor issues such as remote control problems for the TV and the switch doesn’t work unless you already have a Nintendo account.

Great place!

Great house, yard, and host!

3 BR house with fully fenced yard perfect for our family of two adults, infant, and dog. The host was responsive and helpful. The deck space is a lovely spot for relaxing and eating as the weather cools off!

Delightful and convenient

We stayed at this home so that we could be near our daughter and family immediately after the arrival of our grandson. The home was very comfortable! The beds were excellent, the neighborhood was pleasant and safe, and the host was helpful when we had trouble getting into the home on arrival. Not only did she help us resolve our issue but she checked back in with us later to verify that all issues had been resolved. Very good customer service! Although we could not use the covered porch much because of the heat, it was a highlight of the home. We get up early and loved being to enjoy our coffee in the fresh air with the fans going, An interesting twist in our stay was that our daughter, son-in-law and newborn grandson had to move in with us for the last two days of our stay . The house accommodated all the additional people and pets with no trouble. Viviana was very kind in accommodating us as we added people and extended the stay so that our daughter’s family could stay for the following week. Viviana is quite the hostess and made us feel welcome, even though our situation changed mid-stay. Highly recommend this home for groups and families who are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax. Close to all that Northeast Dallas offers but a quiet, calm oasis.

Family trip to Dallas

The property felt clean and comfortable for a family with kids. Having a small chair for eating and pack-and-play is very handy for a toddler. The communication was great. We didn’t get to use the patio much because of the heat and mosquitos when we were visiting. The location was a little out of the way but still close enough to get to some of the attractions. Thank you!

Another trip to Dallas

My wife and I get to Dallas on a regular basis (and oftentimes with our dogs). First time staying at this place and it worked out great for 4 of us and our two medium sized dogs. The place was very clean and the yard a good size. It was fairly easy traveling to the Downtown Dallas area - with good routes for when we wanted to avoid the highways. We are going back to Dallas in November and, depending on the size of our group, I would look to rent this home again.
