Welcome to our 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom fully remodeled house in McKinney with a Pool and SPA. According to Money Magazine, McKinney is the Best Place to Live in America. Our spacious and elegant home can comfortably sleep up to 16 people with 8 out door parking spaces.
This newly remodeled, tastefully decorated, 2 story fabulous home, features 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 dinning areas, a gorgeous wet bar and a sparkling in-ground heated pool, is perfect for friends and family gatherings.
Bedrooms
1st floor:
Master bedroom with king-size bed, Seating area, dresser, night stands and attached bathroom and walk-in Closet, 60" Roku LED smart TV, sleep 2
2nd floor:
2nd bedroom with Queen size bed, dresser, night stand, walk-in closet, sleep 2
3rd bedroom with Queen-size bed, dresser, night stand, closet, sleep 2
4th bedroom with 2 full-size beds, chest of drawers, night stand, sleep 4
5th bedroom with a full-over full bunk bed with a trundle, a single bed, night stands, chest of drawers, walk-in closet, sleep 6
Bathrooms
1st floor:
Beautifully remodeled half bath and master bathroom with separate bath and shower
2nd floor:
2 more completely upgraded full bath and shower combo.
Parking: Guests can park in front of the house and the driveway.
Laundry:Guest have full access to the washer and dryer
Pool: Heated Pool operates from April to November if the temperature is over 65F. A heating fee of $80 a day will apply. Heated SPA operates all year around. Please send in a heating request one day in advance as it takes a few hours to heat the pool into the desired temperature.
Pool & SPA hours: 10am to 8pm.
We have Wi-Fi controlled self-check in smart lock. On your check-in morning, a customized code will be sent.
The house is in a super quiet neighborhood with mature trees. Historical downtown McKinney is 8 min away, McKinney square shops are 7 min away. DFW international airport is about 30 min away.
A car is recommended to get around.
No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or events to be held with unauthorized / unregistered guests.
***Additional fee for 8+ guests
Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests, for an additional guest, a $25 fee will apply.
***Trash day is every Thursday, please place trash cans in front of house on Wednesday evening.
*** Heated SPA operates all year around. Pool operates when weather permits.
Pool & SPA hours: 10am to 8pm.
Pool service: our pool service technician service and clean our pools once a week, if additional cleanings are needed throughout your stay, there will be $75 charge.

The home is large and accommodated our group comfortably. The pool and hot tub were nice amenities and definitely a highlight of the stay. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, the home was comfortable but would benefit from a little extra attention to cleanliness, general upkeep, and maintenance of the property. For the size and amenities, it is a good, budget-friendly option.

We booked this place because it had a hot tub. After booking we were told we had to pay extra to use the hot tub. We also received a long list of “rules” threatening many additional fees. Would not recommend this VRBO to anyone. The pictures were misleading. Filthy baseboards, blood on our pillows, feet were black from dirty floors. Pillows in master smelled of greasy heads and upstairs fitted sheet had stains. Sofa in living room was very cheap and small. Definitely didn’t seat our group comfortably. Overall, this property was not comfortable. We were very disappointed that the amenities mentioned in the description ended up costing extra.

Pool was great and rooms were clean and accurate to the pictures. The host was very timely in responses and the neighborhood was nice and quiet, the only thing was the gathering space was a litlle tight for 8 adults. Overall the stay was great and we would definitely stay again!

Nice for a large group

The host is quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating. The house is a nice size for a large group and well-stocked. Separate thermostats on each floor provided good temperature control of the living and sleeping spaces. Nice covered, outdoor patio and uncovered pool with connected hot tub. The pool was nice but the hot tub could only be heated 4 hours per day to heat the pool and protect the pool’s chemicals. There were no towels in any of the 3.5 bathrooms upon arrival. All towels and some sheets were overpacked in the dryer and still wet. Two of the bathrooms had significant wads of hair either on the shower drain or on the shower wall. The bed covering in one of the bedrooms was dusty. The rugs produced hair when walking on them with wet feet from showering. I don’t think the host is local but needs someone to follow-up with her cleaning staff who left a lot to be desired.

Great place for a large family

Property is in a great location with a grocery store a few minutes away and the town of McKinney with local stores and restaurants. There is plenty of parking in a quite cul-de-sac.

Great House & Location

This house was perfect for our group. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Spacious living/dining areas. Great neighborhood and located in a cul de sac. Close to shopping and restaurants. It had everything we needed and the host was always quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Good experience

This house worked out perfectly for our family who is in town for a wedding in McKinney. The house is clean, and the listing is accurate. The beds were comfortable, but the pool and Jacuzzi were cold. My brother spoke to the pool guy about this and he indicated a broken part needed to be replaced, but we never received an update nor saw the pool/ hot tub temperature rise after that.
