This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers comfort and relaxation with an outdoor cooking space, BBQ grill, and fire pit perfect for family gatherings. The Space:
The house is all on one level, upon entry you will find the living room with its own Smart TV, dining room and open floor kitchen with a breakfast nook. The master with a King size bed and pack n play in the closet and its own bathroom with a tub shower duo and dual sinks. The secondary bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a bunkbed where 2 adults can fit perfectly. Each bedroom also has its own Smart TV. A secondary full bathroom is just down the hall with a shower tub duo. You can park your car in front of the house on the street, or you have a garage access to the house from the back alley. A fully fenced backyard with a pool and a shaded patio equipped with BBQ grill, a mini fridge and a very nice sitting area with a fire pit. The sitting area is also equipped with a Smart TV. There is a laundry room is in unit next to the dining room.

Guest Access:
Every area in the house is open for the guest to use.

The Neighborhood:
Plano is one of the safest neighborhoods in America, it is also one of the best School districts around. This beautiful home is conveniently situated within blocks of HW 75, a short 10-minute drive from the Allen outlets, 13 minutes from McKinney, 15 minutes from Legacy West, a mere 17 minutes from Frisco Drive, and just a 30-minute drive from downtown Dallas.

Getting Around:
Using a car is highly recommended if you will be doing several trips, if not Uber and Lyft are very effective ways to get around the DFW Metroplex.
If you will have a car you are welcome to park in front of the house or in the garage that you have access to through the back alley.

Interaction with Guests:
We are always available to help during your trip, but do not wish to interrupt it either; therefore, feel free to contact us anytime through the app or at the phone provided upon booking.

No Smoking: A fine of $250 will be charged for any violation to cover additional cleaning, deodorization, and remediation.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, the house was not properly cleaned and had a strong chemical odor from bug spray, which made it uncomfortable for my family, but the condition of the home did not improve. After my stay, the host falsely claimed I left the property unclean and unfairly withheld part of my security deposit. I always respect rental properties and leave them in good condition, so this was both frustrating and upsetting.

Overall our stay was nice. The check in process didn’t go as smoothly as I’d hoped. Check in was at 3pm and when we arrived at the property, the cleaning crew was still on site. We didn’t access the property until 4pm, an hour later. The first phone number for the host was unsuccessful however, once I requested help I was provided with an additional phone number and the lady who answered was very helpful and apologetic. I would still recommend the property to others, we had a nice time.

Plano getaway!

Pool was very nice. Grill and covered patio was excellent. TV outside worked great. Inside was a great layout and plenty of room for the two of us to stay there. Then our family to join us for the pool and cookout on Friday afternoon. Exactly what we wanted and hoped for. Owner provided lots of towels for the pool yes. Will definitely book here again!

Stay was fine, communication with management was great. Many things around the property had issues but didn’t use some amenities so didn’t consider it an issue. Main hallway toilet had flushing issues, a child stepped on a piece of glass around the pool area during the stay, and lattice around pool controls were already broken when we first arrived but did not need to use pool controls so wasn’t an issue. Did not use the outside tv or mini fridge outside but was charged for repair and replacement. Overall, stay was fine but was charged for damages we didn’t do is ridiculous.

Great home

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The outdoor space was wonderful! The pool is large and had ample furniture along with a grill and mini fridge. As far as the home itself I would give two suggestions: - the shower tub combo in the master bathroom really needs a rubber mat. My husband and I both almost fell due to it being so slippery. - the living room only has one small coffee table and no lamps. It would have made our stay much more comfortable if we had a lamp and at least one end table.
