The hotel was filthy. Hair, bugs on floor (I killed a roach). Stains on sheets. AC wasnât working and only blew dusty air. I ended up not staying the whole night.
I didn't like that they had a massive shootout next to my room and I wasn't granted a refund or some type of compensation for everything plus they swimming pool been closed down for years due to covid and that was the big reason I had booked with them and also they towels and sheets was dirty
Should be shut down water didnât work for the one sink in the room the ceiling was falling down in the bathroom the tub shot out green water and was told they didnât have any other rooms available which seems impossible with so many rooms but so little people I see why.
Front desk was rude, when we extended for one more night. Asked us to put another deposit. No phones in the rooms to reach out to front office. Wasnt able to turn on the water, when reached out to the front desk. He was upset he had to come check.
I guess you get what you pay for.
I would never recommend this motel. The maids and maintenance team were great. However, the front desk canceled my booking for another week and I had to rush to check out with all my belongings! There was no fridge, microwave, empty pool that was dirty at the bottom and there was a shooting on the property. The staff lacked empathy, offered no partial refund, and retaliated against me for asking by not extending my paid next booking. I plan to escalate this to Motel 6 corporate for the disrespect, discrimination, and horrible experience.
