**Pet Policy & Guest Verification Requirements**



We welcome pets on a case-by-case basis depending on their size—please contact us in advance to confirm your pet's eligibility. Failure to notify us before arrival may result in cancellation. An additional cleaning fee applies per pet.



**Pet Fees:**



1–4 nights: $35 per night, per pet

5–29 nights: $250 per pet

30+ nights $400 per pet



Please note: We are not responsible for any building maintenance or repair issues during your stay.





**Guest Verification Required Before Arrival**



To ensure safety and meet legal requirements, all guests must complete our verification process, which may include:



* Providing a government-issued photo ID

* Confirming contact information

* Completing a brief screening

* Undergoing a background check (if required by property management or ownership)

**Rental Agreement & Booking Terms**



All guests must sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. By booking, you agree to:



* Abide by our rental terms and conditions

* Submit a valid ID before arrival

* Undergo background screening if requested

* Complete all verification steps to receive check-in details



Required information must be submitted within **24 hours of booking** (or **within 1 hour for same-day bookings**). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification standards.



A $49 damage protection fee is included per reservation and covers up to $150 in accidental damage.
