To comply with legal requirements and ensure property security, we will be requesting a copy of all guests’ government-issued photo ID, background check of the primary guest (the person making the booking). After booking, you’ll receive a secure link to complete the verification process - it only takes a few minutes.

By completing your reservation, you agree to the following conditions:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check by the property management or the owner as a condition of booking. In the rare case that the background check failed, we reserve the right to deny entry. A full refund will be provided as long as the guest cancels on their end and the required information is submitted at least 48 hours before the check-in date.
Failure to provide the required details within 48 hours of check-in will result in no refund, as we must comply with building regulations.
- You understand that your check-in instructions will be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification process.
- Refusal to complete the check: If the form is not completed, or if requested IDs for additional guests are not provided, no refund will be issued, and access to the property will not be granted.
- All guests are subject to verification checks and must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings must provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.

Pest Control Access

To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, regular pest control treatments are conducted in the building. It is mandatory that guests allow licensed pest exterminators access to the unit when scheduled. By booking, you agree to this requirement.

These visits are routine, quick, and professionally handled to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in the property.

《 PETS 》 Pets are not allowed in this building. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $600.00 fine charged to guests.

《 NO PARTIES》 There is a $1,000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.

《 TAMPERING WITH SAFETY DEVICES》 There is a smoke and noise detecting devise within the suite. For the safety of all guests and the property, tampering with or disabling smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or noise monitoring devices is strictly prohibited. Unplugging, removing batteries, covering, or disabling any safety or monitoring device will result in an immediate fine of $250 per incident.
