The master bedroom comes with a full king size bed, smart TV, futon sleeper sofa, a private attached bathroom, and a work desk. The second bedroom comes with 2 full sized beds, work desk, and a private attached bathroom.

You can access this unit with a keypad on the front door. We will provide the code prior to your check-in. You will have the entire townhouse to yourself.You have access to a single car garage that you can only open and close from the inside. Additional parking is available at first come first serve under the covered lot, you are welcome to park wherever there is no “reserved” sign. There is additional street parking as well.

We provide the check in instructions and other necessary information 24 hours before your check in time. We are happy to help answer any questions before hand. We also have a list of recommendations in the DFW area, please do not hesitate to ask if you are interested. The Cedars neighborhood is a lively, up and coming neighborhood. The area is peaceful and quiet. The unit is also walking distance to Dallas Farmers Market which is a must visit for your Dallas itinerary. City Park is also a 2 minute walk from the unit. City Park is a great area for kids to run around, have a picnic, or just have an afternoon stroll. There are also beautiful views of the Dallas Skyline from City Park.

Guests will have access to a 1 car parking garage that is covered and attached directly to the unit. The unit is also 1 mile to downtown so you can walk or drive to explore downtown Dallas. There is easy access to multiple highways within .5 miles from the unit, so you can explore all of the DFW Metroplex.

Please take a look at our House Rules before you book. We strongly enforce Quite Hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. We have a Minute noise monitoring monitor that keeps track of loud parties or events. We will give you one warning before escalating to AirBnB.
