You’ll have 2 living areas and a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen that you’ll love cooking in. Plus, the amazing backyard offers a huge pool! With everything you need right here, you won’t want to leave!

The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

You’ll fall in love as soon as you pull up and take in the charming traditional-style exterior with great curb appeal. The gorgeous lot is in a quiet tree-lined area and gives off a welcoming feel. The extra-long driveway leads to an oversized 3-car garage where you can feel free to park your cars away from the hot sun. As you step into the grand entryway to check out the rest of the home, you’ll immediately notice the custom high-end finishes and the 10' to 18' high ceilings with cathedral design. There are tons of large windows letting in plenty of natural light to add to the open and airy flow of the space.

You’ll find a living room at the front of the house as well as a family room towards the back. That’s two awesome spots where everyone can hang out together on the cozy furniture and have a great time! Both rooms have a fireplace, with a gorgeous stone wall surrounding the fireplace in the family room. The dĂ©cor has a rustic vibe, accented by beautiful rugs. Plus, the upper floor also has a living area offering yet another comfy hangout spot with a sofa bed.

You will absolutely adore having your own dream kitchen that is stunning and spacious. It offers great views out to the backyard making cooking in here a delight! You will have access to everything you need to prepare your own fresh meals or enjoy some mouth-watering local takeout. Plus, you’ll have a double oven, an extra-large built-in refrigerator, and all other stainless-steel appliances accentuated by the beautiful cabinets and countertops. The large island has chairs at the counter offering a great spot to enjoy your meals, along with the formal dining room and breakfast area.

You can be sure you’ll get a great night’s rest in the 5 spacious bedrooms. They are all equipped with high-end furniture and lavish linens you’ll be able to sink right into. Bathrooms usually aren’t very special but the 3 bathrooms in this home will have you in awe. They are all luxurious and feature amazing finishes. But the magazine-worthy master bath is the one that will take your breath away. You’ll feel like you’re in your very own relaxing spa with the stunning double vanity, huge walk-in spa shower, and a jetted Chroma therapy tub.

The outdoor space of this home is as amazing as the inside. You’ll have a charming balcony that offers great views of the backyard and provides a relaxing spot to unwind. The huge backyard features amazing stonework around the large glimmering pool, perfect for cooling off in. Nap in the cozy hammock, lay back and catch some rays on the lounge chairs, read a good book in the cozy egg chairs and enjoy your meals outside on the picnic bench.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the Lake Park North neighborhood of Mesquite, our home backs on to a pristine creek. You won’t be too far from DFW Airport and will be conveniently located less than 25 minutes from downtown Dallas and the many wonderful attractions it has to offer. But Mesquite boasts plenty of attractions of its own!

You’ll be close to many amazing parks to enjoy nature. City Lake Park and Paschall Park are both only 3 minutes away. And Samuell Farm Park, which offers trails, lakes, and picnic and park areas, is just 10 minutes away.

If you’re here during rodeo season, visit the Mesquite Rodeo (we’re not called The Rodeo Capital of Texas for nothing!). Other nearby attractions include the Devil’s Bowl Speedway, Mesquite Arts Center, Opal Lawrence Historical Park, the Rows of Texas (our bustling dining and shopping district), and the Paschall Park Butterfly Trail, all just under 15 minutes away.

Whether you’re interested in sports, history, art, nature, shopping, or some of that delicious Texas food, Mesquite has a taste of it all. There will be something to please every member of your group!

Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Other Things to Note:
★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.

You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.

If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

High End Price Paid for Property with Inaccurate Description and Misleading Photos

This is an overpriced, run-down and mistreated home that no longer looks like the pictures in photos nor matches the description. The "magazine-worthy master bath” had a jetted tub with broken control panel that blasted water so hard it sprayed onto TV, floor and vanity mirror clear across the bathroom. Not surprisingly, the TV on wall did not work. Hard water stains on faucets detracted from the “luxurious bathroom” claim. In addition, the upstairs had a shower that would not turn on at all and the downstairs bathroom had a broken shower head where water spurted out to the side. The “cozy and custom high-end finish” furniture was grossly stained and run-down. The “formal dining room” had a lacquered table that was clearly mistreated with melted marks and scratches all over it. The kitchen had 2 sinks and both garbage disposals did not work. There was also a small bar refrigerator that did not work. The piano was sorely out of tune and was a huge disappointment to our musical family. The owners touted “amazing stonework around the large glimmering pool”, but instead, there were lots of broken tiles. The garden was instead, several large dirt beds in the back yard, on side and front of house. I notified the business owner of the issues and their response was either inadequate or they had no response at all. This is a company owned home and not a home that has been loved or taken care of by a home owner. We wasted our money here and hopefully you do not do the same.

Beautiful Home needs minor attention to some items

This was the perfect home for my Mom's 88th Birthday. The pool was great but needed some tile repair. The house was very clean except for the kitchen. The dishes needed to be run through the dishwasher and counters cleaned. The toilet had a minor issues. All those items can be addressed and did not affect our stay. The host/property manager was excellent. We would rent this beautiful home again.
