AC: Particularly in the warmer months with constant usage, ACs may need to be attended to and have potential to not cool as quickly. Due to condensation and usage the AC may drip. REFUND OR CREDIT NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AC COOLING/ HEATING. If you need servicing for the AC please let us know.
ALLERGIES: This unit is pet friendly. We use scent boosters. For this reason we caution allergy sensitive visitors. Refunds for allergies are not eligible.
LATE FEE: Check our time is strictly at 11am. We do not offer late check outs. Our late fee is $100. We pay our professional cleaning service for each hour of time spent at the unit.
We also often have an incoming guest the same day. We need the time to get the unit ready. Thank you for understanding that that the check out is firm by 11am.
SMOKING: PROHIBITED. If any trace of smoke/smoking will result in a $500 fine We are very strict on this house rule.
