Updates have been made, but the entirety of the apartment has not been completely stripped. The apartment is older, and guests shouldn`t expect a newly built apartment.
This 575 sqft unit is on the 2nd floor of a Garden Style apartment complex.

Located off a side road to the freeway. The apartment complex borders two auto shops. Urban noises are to be expected during business hours and occasionally on non business hours. Expect medium-high noise levels.
LATE FEE: Check out time is strictly at 11am. We do not offer late check outs. Our late fee is $100. We pay our professional cleaning service for each hour of time spent at the unit.
We also often have an incoming guest the same day. We need the time to get the unit ready. Thank you for understanding that that the check out is firm by 11am.
SMOKING: PROHIBITED. If any trace of smoke/smoking will result in a $500 fine We are very strict on this house rule.
PARTIES: No other guests than registered guests allowed. No Parties. Failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation, no refund, and $2000 security deposit.
Quiet hours after 10pm.
PARKING: We offer one parking spot. Parking is first come first serve. Must use a parking permit pass. Provided. Free public parking on the street as well.
SELF CHECK IN: Check in with the provided door code. Smart digital lock.
Your door code will be given to you prior to check in.

Same instructions for when you leave the apartment.
PET POLICY:
$65 pet fee per dog. $150 for long term stays. Well behaved cats allowed.

Please do not leave your pet inside the unit unsupervised for longer than 4 hours.
ALL DOGS must be up to date on pest control and their vaccines.
