Thank you for choosing to stay with Volonte Properties! This Newly remodeled, brand new furnished Lux-Modern home in Richardson TX is your dream escape property that suits all functions. Gorgeous wood flooring throughout, and ton of natural lighting in all open areas
blending the outdoor patio connecting to the kitchen. This home is nestled in a quiet and serene neighborhood that is close to major highways for easy access to all of Dallas best shopping and attractions!

**Upon arrival we do have a Pre Checkin Procedure that requires Fully refundable $250 security deposit and a signed rental agreement. PETS $100 Non-Refundable see pet section for details.

The space
Welcome to the 1678 sq. feet, single floor "Dallas Delight"! The kitchen has no bars held in making sure all your needs will be met when spending time here in your vacation home. It is equipped with all your essential needs. From Foosball board games, you will always have something to do at this vacation home.

This gorgeous home has 3 Bedrooms with 2 queen bedrooms, and the Master is outfitted with a King bed. There is 2 stunning bathroom, with the master having 2 separate vanities. It also has a large spa like, walk-in shower. Gorgeous wood flooring throughout, and ton of natural lighting in all open areas
blending the outdoor patio connecting to the kitchen. Entire home is extremely clean, and meticulously maintained for your comfort and satisfaction.

You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, vacuum, broom and dustpan, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Or maybe “WFH” in style...

*** This is a duplex home. You do have your own private entrance and have the entire home to yourself. We do own the attached duplex next door. If you are looking for a larger group than 8 people, we can possibly accommodate both properties for your group (subject to availability)

★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking. Up to $1000 fee for excessive cleanup.

★ SHOES★
Please leave shoes at the door. There are signs at both enterances to remind you to remove your shoes inside the home. carpets are very nice and clean and we would like no shoes on carpets. If carpets are dirty, could be subject to extra cleaning fees.

★ ENTERTAINMENT★
All of our smart TVs are Roku TV and you may use your own personal Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. accounts by simply logging in. Please enjoy the Foosball table and our 2 separate outdoor spaces.

★ PARKING★
You will have your own private driveway and will have access to your own private garage. Max 2 cars allowed in back of the house driveway. Do not block alleyway at anytime. Additional parking is available in the front on the street if needed. If any questions, please reach out and ask. We like to keep our neighbors happy.

The front door and the garage door are both key pad access and will have the same codes. You will have access to the garage remote for easy entry from the back of the property. It the remote is lost or not returned inside the property after your stay, it will be a $500 replacement fee. Please return the garage remote where it was located upon your arrival.

You can reach Volonte Management Team directly24/7 through the airbnb app and you will receive a direct phone number contact as well at booking!

We work diligently to answer all your messages in a timely manner. During normal business hours between 8am-5pm, we will be able to answer any questions extremely quick. Anything outside normal business hours please give us some time to respond, as we will answer all questions as soon as possible. We strive to have to best communication with all guests.

If it is after business hours and you need immediate assistance, please make a phone call to the number on file for your booking reservation. We would be more than happy to take your call and help assist you in anyway possible.

★ PETS ★
2 pets allowed ONLY. A non-refundable portion of $100 from the initial security deposit applies to all reservations that include pets. This is a flat fee, not charged per pet. All pets must be disclosed and approved by the host prior to or at the time of booking. Failure to communicate the presence of pets in your reservation may result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit. The additional cleaning fee is applied to covers the cost of a comprehensive sanitation process performed by our cleaning staff to ensure the removal of additionlal pet hair, germs, and allergens, so we can maintaining a clean and healthy environment for all guests. We do not allow pets on furniture and only house trained pets are allowed in the home. If there is any sign of pet urine, feces, or pets on furniture, the entire deposit will be forfeited. You are also required to pick up all pet waste out of the yard area. If this rule is not followed you will forfiet the deposit as well. There are poop bags supplied for guest to use for easy disposal. Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ SECURITY★
There are two security cameras on the premises. 1 is overlooking the front entrance, smart doorbell, and one camera overlooking the backyard (facing the driveway). They are used to prevent unwanted visits. Please let us know if you have any concerns about the cameras.
