Lovejoy Serenity is a spacious 4,000 sq. ft. home designed for comfort, connection, and endless fun. With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, including a large master suite with a jetted tub, separate shower, and dual sinks, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Additional sleeping areas include two twin beds, a loft with foosball and pool table, and an office with a comfortable sofa bed, ensuring everyone has their own space.

Gather for meals in the large dining room with seating for 10 at an oversized table or enjoy casual breakfasts in the sunny nook. The chef’s kitchen makes cooking and entertaining easy, while the beautiful family room with a cozy fireplace and media room with comfortable seating provide the perfect spots to relax or enjoy movie nights. Unapproved visitors will be removed from the property promptly.
Also, fines will apply for unapproved visitors.

Exterior areas are closely monitored by cameras. Absolutely no manipulation of Pool equipment.
Pool equipment is closely monitored by cameras . Tempering with pool equipment will result in at least $1000 fine and immediate removal from the property.
Absolutely no parties. No visitors unless previously approved and discussed.
Quiet hours: Sun-Thur 8 pm-8 am
Fri-Sat 9 pm-9 am
Do not touch pool equipment. $1000 Fee for manipulating pool equipment. Heating pool fee: $85 per day. Heating SPA $45 per day. Owner will remotely control pool equipment including heating and lights.
EV charger fees apply according to usage (smart charger - min $10 per day)
